This is defnitely a 5 star coffeeshop. Large variety of delicious cakes. Friendly host also. Every time we eat here you feell if you treated yourself. Decor fantastic, toilets very clean and neat. Money well spend.
Great coffee and cakes and amazing service! We stopped when travelling through Lamberts Bay and it was so lovely to chat with Bettina and learn more about the town and area. Will definitely be back next time we are in town!

A visit to Lambert’s Bay is not complete without a visit to the Mad Hatter Coffee Shop. Enjoy local dishes like ‘Vetkoek’ whilst relaxing in the outside seating area. Browse some of the teas and other item on sale. If only passing thru town, make this your halfway stop.

What a wonderful place! A small coffee shop with unique artistic decor that creates a romantic and somewhat theatrical ambience. The coffee was superb (Illy coffee), and the cakes were some of the best, freshly baked on the premises. If you're looking for a coffee shop that stands out above the rest

When we saw the Illy Coffee sign we had to stop for our favourite coffee. The decor is awesome with niknaks and confectionary on sale. Enjoyed a well prepared breakfast. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Loved the idea of paying it forward by buying a cup of coffee for a stranger.
