They debited my account twice when I was purchasing the pizza. and i was passing by on my way back to JHB from Bergville. I made a call a day or two after the day of sale. they were able to help and went as far as explaining what happened and that they have been trying to contact me but the number that im using on the app was not going through. That alone shows how punctual and well trained especially Prudence is along with the staff that made the mistake. the fact that they picked this up and tried to sort it out is appreciated. Can the shop make sure that the speedpoint machines they using is efficient and effective to avoid such inconvenience in the future.
It was home layefrom work and cooking was out of the question. Called in a bit late for an order to collect. Appreciate the friendly lady that put my order through. Thank you Debonairs Ladysmith
Good eating place. No much parking available. As with all Debonairs, the wait is quite long. The area is quite safe and there's a police station across the road. The food is fresh and tasty. I haven't had any problems here.
You need to be atleast two cashier
I love the pizza here. I only regret that I had to wait a while before it was ready.. normally they are very quick.. but they were very busy this Friday. I should have ordered ahead
The food was good. Freshly prepared and it was still hot when arriving home.
