I had a good service even though I arrived just before they were about to close. The teller was patient and asked relevant questions. She even advised on a better option to choose from the menu.
My meal was okay except for the roll, it wasn't as soft like other roll I have bought before.
It was hard and it ddnt taste fresh and your olives as well 2 had scars.
The place is neat and clean. Staff attitude is good. You feel at home. The food is delicious....
Just don't be their first customer for the day.
The food is amazing and friendly staff. Food is guaranteed to not take more than 20 minutes. I also love they variety of tye food selections.

Just your standard Nando's, nothing too special. The food is pretty decent but the waiting time for your meal is a bit much. The service is good but does leave a bit to be desired. So overall average, but not terrible.
