Been popping into ReFresh for some time now, as an escape from grocery shopping madness.
Always very busy on a Saturday, but they do tend to get it right most of the time, although it can be a bit slow at times
The coffee is good and the breakfasts pretty simple
Surprisingly the sushi I have tried on two occasions was really good and look forward to my next visit
The best place to eat in the mall simply because the prices are good and the staff are nice, however since losing Austin Powers, their manager, they are not as attentive with no visible manager, although there is some semblance of structure now, whereas some years back it was chaotic. Menu options are now boring and need revisiting, and low carb options need to be introduced. The food isn't the best, apart from the sushi. A good chef could do wonders
Been here many times for lunch, good portion meals. Good service. Good tasting food. Well priced. Fresh & Healthy. I've not onced been dissapointed, good consistency in service and food makes this place successful.
I have been here numerous times in the past year and have never once had a bad experience with their sushi. It is fresh, delicious and the portions are very reasonable for the prices (which are cheaper than most). If I'm ever in the mall I always stop by for some sashimi or salmon roses :). The staff have been helpful and attentive and the sushi is actually half price between 2pm and 4pm every day if I am not mistaken.
The name of this restaurant is apt as it is very refreshing. The sushi is absolutely fresh and tasty. The burgers were value for money, well cooked and a hunger buster.

I had the half Tramezzini - spinach, feta,avo and pesto - OMW!!! Divine!! You have to try it. All ingredients fresh and the staff are awesome! Would definately be going back!!

Tried the chicken today..for the 1st time..the head chef Liza marinated the chicken to perfection...I can dfntly say I ate all my protein..good friendly service. And the sushi..Never disappoints..for a delicious meal within a budget of 100bucks..with a soft drink..totally worth a visit
Today's waitron staff were so attentive and very accommodating to a person with a disability. Not feeling myself after medical tests. The experience cheered me up hugely. Thank you REFRESH. I feel REFRESHED! 😃
Ready cooked meals. Take away includes grilled chicken pieces, curry, rolls filled with cold meats salad. The restaurant services scramble eggs and salmon also hot dogs for the really hungry "the baconator" also sushi. The coffee is really good and the staff friendly.
All time favorite breakfast place. Manager personalized a vegetarian breakfast thats Healty , Tasty and Homely. Manager and staff treat customers like family.
The new menue is great, the Portuguese 1/4 chicken is perfect. All the food in the Refresh Cafe is made perfect, there is food also for the people that are doing the banting diet. The fresh juices are great, personally I like everything here and refer the restaurant to everyone.
