Quick and friendly service. Chicken was perfectly cooked 😋

Great food, good service. It isn't too busy even over lunchtime which makes it a good vall for a quick eat. The staff isn't super friendly though which put me off. And there was only one till open at lunchtime.

Oh boy! I love the chicken🙈. I honestly can't say ever I was disappointed at this Nando when ordering from there. Staff is friendly and the service is prompt. There is however one thing that I feel that can improve and that is the cleanliness of the table surfaces. The dishes does get removed very quick and effortlessly, it's only the table surface that need some attention. Otherwise bravo!

Nando's chicken is incredible! And this particular one is our favorite. Friendly service, freshly made every time! Recently, they made a mistake in our to-go order and when we returned to complain they were so kind, fixed the order and gave us fresh hot chips. Awesome service!!

Stopped for lunch here today after a meeting. Nandos is always a great place for a quick meal. It's also tasty and wholesome. The set up is neat and clean as well

Ordered lunch using the orderin app today and they just amazed me. My lunch was prepared and here still piping hot and delicious and half an hour early. I'm sure both parties had a hand in this however what I can comment on was the tender soft chicken strips and perfectly cooked spicy rice. My additional comments did not fall on deaf eyes (lol because of the app) and I had a glorious amount of extra hot sauce topping my strips and spicy rice in the most divine way, so much so I greedily dug in without snapping Single photo 👌🏼 Keep it up Nandos! Always a favorite for me ❤️

A convenient location that is away from the actual mall. Food and service are always really good here and the managers make sure dine-in customers are satisfied. They also have a sink for hand washing that isn't located in the restroom. The restaurant can get busy at lunch and supper times and it is not uncommon for queues to form, however these are usually very civil. Lots of corporates tend to order for delivery so plan ahead if you are going to be there at a peak period. The other reason to celebrate is that more parking is now available as this was one of the negatives in the past, I am happy that this has been solved however it still gets pretty busy at peak periods. If you want delivery delivery extreme, Mr d or uber eats are all available from this establishment. Note: store is halaal and no liquor is sold or consumed on premises.

Easy access with parking and access for both able and disabled people. Service was fast, friendly and efficient. Food was fresh, tasty and hot. One of the best branches of this franchise that I have visited.

Always on the button with our meal, 1/4 chicken chips and roll, extra basting ,peri chips , this is one of our most special moments , as a couple, thank you for always making it so, heres to it always remaining so.

Received my half chicken with torn skin, almost as if it had been picked upon by staff. It also had a bad smell like that of a dirty rag. This place needs attention from HQ

They always mess up my order and forget something so I know it's I'm supposed to check my order but sometimes you in such a rush and leave and the people packing should be packing according to you it receipt. Everytime I call they do not answer and when I physically went to the store and placed my order, while waiting I called and they actually put the phone off or on hold or let it ring, which is unacceptable because I had to wait an hour for my food and by calling I would have saved so much of time.

Best nandos in durban<br/><br/>I loved every bite of my quarter chicken and chips with a garlic roll hot and a leg piece with extra sauce. Kept going back for more.<br/><br/>Cannot wait for my next nandos visit!

I have never had a bad experience here, my one complaint is that their chickens are too small. Other than that, Their food is always good and the staff are always friendly.

Quite disappointed- where is the skin on my chicken nandos? Regularly get from Nandos, however I always have a problem when I order from this Nandos.

Food belongs in the white bowl to be flushed down from my memory forever...along with the service. Needless to say, you won't find me in this Nandos ever again
