This is definitely a must go restaurant. It has a fantastic atmosphere and even better food. The service is absolutely fantastic and our waitress was friendly and so easy going. The food is fabulous and I would definitely recommend the stuffed chicken breast as well as the chef's choice steak.
After visiting the tip of Africa, my friend and I went to grab a coffee with a twist at Zuidste before our journey to Mossel Bay. The experience was great, the staff was amazing and very friendly. Highly recommend the hot chocolate with rum! 😉🔥
We stopped by on a cold and rainy day and got a table in front of the fireplace. The atmosphere was cozy and warm. The bobotie with rice (R125) was delicious. The service was good. I can recommend this pub!

Food was good. Especially calamari. If you go to the beach behind the restaurant, you can collect big nice sea shells and sea urchin green shells
Exceptional service and amazing food. The Eisbein is better than anything you could find in Germany, and the linefish catch of the day is fresh and prepared perfectly. The Dom Pedros are a must, even though they aren’t on the menu, it’s definitely worth requesting.
We were a group of 8 and they even allowed me to bring in my Yorkshire terrier puppy after all other restaurants turned us away.
The service was excellent for considering how busy they were.
We all ordered something different and we all enjoyed our food.
