Review Wimpy - Kuils River

I love this place....it 'feels' like home. Beautiful memories with my late Mother around a Wimpy table and good food. Her favorite was a strawberry milkshake 😋

Numbuso was an excellent waitress, she was very friendly and very helpful. She came to check up on us very few min to see if the food was nice and if we were enjoying ourselves... Thank you Numbuso for your excellent service.

What a delightful lunch experience at Wimpy Zevenwacht Mall, Kuilsrivier. I was served by the delightful, friendly waitress, Deroh - efficient and serving with a smile, keeping her customers informed and happy. I was also pleasantly surprised by Wimpy going electronic even on their sit down orders. Fantastic!! You will definitely see me again.

I received 5 star service from my waiter, Deroh, at Zevenwacht mall. The food was also really fresh and the service was too tier.

The Wimpy restaurant at Zevenwacht Mall is one of the best Wimpy restaurants I've ever been to. Was there yesterday with my mother and niece. The waiters are always friendly, patient, and deliver great customer service. The seating is quite comfortable. I love Wimpy's milkshakes 🥤 one can really taste the superb quality and I like how they add lil extras on top of the shake. The food is very good and always tastes fresh. Truly one of my go to restaurants whenever I am hungry at the mall. 👌💯

I had a meeting there yesterday and the food was horrible.The chips was made in expired oil and the rolls were hard and old.The burgergers tasted like rubber.Disgusting

This is still too high to rate this store<br/>We went in for lunch their were more waiters than patrons. <br/>We were seated and given menus then 13 minutes later I called over one of the many waiters standing and chatting and asked could we order? <br/>The response was no as he needed to know who seated us we said we weren't sure but could he not assist ?<br/>He responded no as it was not his table and therefore could not take the Order?<br/>I asked could he get someone to take our order he said no as he needed to know who seated us <br/>I promptly got up and walked out !<br/>Just to add to this no manger in site and no aircon working! <br/>Close down you are causing wimpy to get a bad name !! Worst wimpy in SA !!!!

We went for a milkshake and a waffle about 11am on a Sunday morning. The place was empty not busy at all. We sat down and waited for a menu but ended up fetching it our selves. Then after a while a waiter appeared and took our order. We received our milkshakes after about 20min and our waffles were nowhere. We waited another 15min then we saw them switching on the waffle machine. So we just asked for the bill and left.

Went there for breakfast on a Sunday morning expecting the usual Wimpy quality but left feeling cheated and disappointed. First menu item I ordered was unavailable. Restaurant was out of jam too, no salt on the table and although the service was quick, the food was cold. Waitress was friendly and offered good service but overcharged us on our bill.

Don't expect to get it all at this Wimpy. Food was bland and cold. Didn't have many items on the menu. Only saving grace was a friendly waitress. Won't come back soon.
