Word of mouth and online rating pursuaded me to try this place. I ordered the Roosterbrood and Moerkoffie, it's to die for. Like this could be my staple lunch everyday. I'd say; go there if you absolutely love beautiful ambience, and the friendly management and staff will be an added bonus. From now on me time will be spend at Suzie's Craft and Coffee Shop!!!

An unexpected quirky yet cosy space nestled in suburbia, warm and welcoming hosts and delicious homely food - the roosterkoek en moer koffie is a must have. This is a space to enjoy with friends and family, whether it is to meet to discuss business or just to catch up and relax.
The decor is interesting and eclectic.. .lots of conversation pieces taken from South Africa's colourful history.
The owners, Willie and Suzie are warm and eager to please. There is nothing they won't do to ensure you get good value for your money. Honest to goodness service. Even if you go by yourself you won't feel alone cos there is always someone new to meet and talk to.

Love this place! Great family and amazing food. Try the Roosterbrood! The burger was my favorite and great service. Definitely going to stay here next time I'm in town!

Juweel van 'n plek. Pragtige dekor wat jou sommer tuis laat voel. Lieflike gasvrou, met haar hele familie en personeel.
Goeie diens en heerlik geëet aan quiche, chips en slaai. Dit is regtig die moeite werd om daar 'n draai te gaan maak. Hierdie was my eerste besoek aan Suzie en Willie (definitief nie die laaste). Al my verwagtinge is oortref. Baie dankie vir jul gasvryheid en liefde.

What a nice quite atmosphere, in the middle of a suburb. The sense of tranquility and rustic nature reminds me of the good old days staying on the farm. The food is out of this world, nice menu.

Was my first time here last week and a Friend and i had a iced - tea there , it was the Best iced tea i've had , wasn't too sweet . Definitely can't wait till You guys brew your own home made iced tea , i'll definitely be Over! ����

It was a chilled afternoon at Suzies. We had their roosterkoek’s and were in for a treat especially the curry one and the steak that was so soft. The dessert was divine with the Malaga pudding and ice cream taking the win.
My friend and I visited the coffee shop for the 1st time on Secretaries day 2023.
We really enjoyed our stay as well as the food. There's a real relaxing atmosphere out there.
A wonderful, hearty welcome from the owners Willy and Suzy Matthys! One stands amazed at all the wonderful artifacts that the owners used from their own home and gifts from friends over the past 50+ years of marriage. Any South African would feel at home immediately in this museum-esque coffee shop. We had a hearty breakfast, perfectly cooked and prepared and 'moer koffie', nowadays called filter coffee....a place to revisit especially with guests from other provinces or from outside South African to show how a professional Cape Colored Family lived during Apartheid South Africa.
How lovely. Very chilled vibe and chatting with the Aunty was priceless. The Roosterbrood etc was exactly what I expected, I'll definitely return.

Love going to this special place... remind me of my grandmother's home...the warmth when you get greeted by the owner and I take it kids. Staff friendly too and what can I say about the food...👌rooster broodjies fresh and tasty. Our break away during our busy days.

Suzies is a place that feels like home. It's where strangers meet and later find out there's a connection. In other words it's the magnet for drawing people to remember where they come from compassing them to the direction in which they should through "food en alles lekker"
Been to Susie's on 2 occasions and definitely enjoyed it. The artifacts of days gone by definitely brings about some vintage or nostalgic vibes.
Went for wood-fired pizza and can definitely recommend you place an order ahead of time.

Really nice and cozy venue. You will get preferential treatment in a group or with group bookings. On busy days, you could wait long for the food. If quiet, service is great. Food is delicious, and affordable, but not value for money. Great place to lunch or breakfast with a colleague or friend, but not if you are a hungry lion. Owners are present and visible. Can recomnend their roosterbrood and if they have baked bread and cakes.
