Luxury hotel around kokstad one of my personal favourite
I enjoyed a lot it's quiet place with full of nature

Never had a dining experience here that I did not enjoy. If there's a wait, it's worth it in freshness and flavour. And Lucille is a darling. Check out her delicious dishes, and beware of the decadent cakes!
Reception and hospitality. Quick attendance to a complaint. Back up generator when the municipality electricity has a challenge. Warm rooms though in winter. All available facilities are working. The non preparation of dinner is not suitable for every season at least in summer it is ok.
Waiter Nobuntu Majola served the best quality service to us and the food was very nice
Excellent rooms, very spacious. Very clean and neat. Good service. No air conditioning in some of the rooms but this isn't necessarily needed as Kokstad is generally cold. Situated near the Municipality and en route to Matatiele. Free WIFI
I simply love this place. The room and bathrooms are very spacious,extremely comfortable neat and the service is excellent. The place is very clean and well maintained.

Had a nice time there and will say their rooms are clean and nice,however the staff at the reception and the other lady that took my dinner request absconded but the staff at the kitchen named Liza or Lizzy was so helpful and nice.Am giving them a 4 cos of the cleanliness of the rooms and how spacious it is.

Absolutely stunning. Although there was no phone in the room. So everytime you need something from reception you need to take a walk.
Rooms were warm and comfortable, breakfast was good 👍. It's great for winter but I'm sure it would be lovely in summer with the pretty garden they have there.
My recent visit was amazing. Impressed with their Food as well...this is more than an improvement, they have really done it! Keep it up!
