Amazing meal. Meats that I had never tried before. Staff friendly but professional food was well cooked and good sized portions delivered in s reasonable time. Staff singing after the meal finished the night off a treat. Would highly recommend

A bit of a tourist place directly at the waterfront in Knysna. But nice view, good service and food. Especially the springroll and the mussels were good. Fish soup was a bit boring.
I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, I ordered a "game platter" my word I don't wanna taste any other game platter if it's not from JJ's. We went there as a group of 8 and everyone couldn't stop complementing their meal. JJ's is a must go to restaurant. The service is excellent.

Great view and atmosphere. Excellent food. I really enjoyed the oyster with lemon sorbet as well as the seafood curry. Friendly service. Not the cheapest, but definitely worth it. Ideal for romantic a evening.
Consistently amazing steak and fillet dishes, upmarket service, but provided at a premium. The stories told on the walls contribute to a clean yet somehow rustic atmosphere. I guess it reminds me of a boat at sea where your placed on the waterfront.

Lovely venue.. A good varied menu.. Michael the Manager was champion.. Very pleasant and helpful.. No WC facilities are not available in house.. Typical of the Waterfront.. The staff choir are very good, but the requests for tips is intrusive.. Most diners leave a gratuity when paying..
JJs: we loved it. Nice reception, good wines, perfect kudu-steak. Atmosphere is friendly and a lot less buzzing than in the other restaurants around.
Excellent food and great service. This is a busy restaurant but you can not fault the food or service. Best to arrive just before sunset as some great photo opportunities
