What an awesome place... from the moment we got there, service was definately 5 star. Our waitor, Lance, was a breath of fresh air and the food was to die for. We will definately be back. What a refreshing experience guys.. absolutely fantastic. Best restaurant in Knysna hands down

This bistro came highly recommended in the internet and seeing as we felt like wood fired pizza we decided to try. It's a beautiful set up on the outside as you enter, with blankets and standing heaters for those were felt chilly. We were seated inside and our waitress came over in a flash. She was friendly, helpful and attentive without hovering around which is something I appreciate. Hubby had a standard classic with olives and anchovies. I had the La Jacqueline, which were later discovered was the owners moms creation. It was a thin crispy base loaded with melted brie with crispy bacon shreds and beautiful generous amounts of green fig preserve. It was simply to die for.
Atmosphere outside was better than inside although i'm glad we chose inside this time.
All and all a fabulous experience which I'll recommend and i'm going back for sure
Outstanding! Their pizza truly is so delicious! Had the gluten-free base with the Warner pizza, and couldn't be more impressed! The management are fantastic and really make You feel like one of the family! Highly recommended! The Brie starter is also worth your while!

Can I just say that this place has the most amazing pizza! Woodfired and thin crust, real italian style. The choices of pizzas are endless and they give you the option of creating your own pizza and the toppings are delicious.
The service is excellent and the wine list goes on for days. If youre in the area you have to try Chatters. Simply the most romantic setting with amazing dessert options! Claire (the owner) makes her own desserts and its real home made with a touch of love. Please do yourself a favour and try out this family run restuarant...its an absolute must!Calvin Turner

Very good pizzas made with fresh ingredients and available in smaller sizes which was great. Delicious home made ice cream and friendly, attentive service. Would gladly return!
Upon a night time stroll, we stopped by this charming little bistro for a quick dessert. The dessert menu changes daily so you know that everything is served fresh. We ordered the chocolate mouse and the chocolate torte. They were both delicious and can tell that quality ingredients are used. The coffee was good and with all the fairy lights, it makes for a really romantic spot.

The pizza was amazing. I follow Jain diet strictly i.e. No onion and garlic and they customized the pizza for me. I was so happy and satisfied with the food. The taste was amazing. It was very yummy. Must go for all the vegetarians and those who follow Jain diet.

If you happen to go to knysna make sure you visit Chatters. Their pomodoro pasta was as good as their owners. The restaurant is run by Claire and her family. Believe me when i say Claire is one of the sweetest human i have ever met. I was on a trip to south africa with my family and we happen to visit her restaurant and the warmth in her hospitality took our heart away. They happened to make a special vegetarian Pizza according to our dietary restrictions and it was amazing. The cheese focaccia bread was out of this world. Visit chatters for a beautiful experience in Knysna, you would not regret it. Claire if you are reading this, lets connect.

I really like that you can effectively make your own pizza on top of a normal margarita.
If you're craving sweets after the pizza, definitely go for the homemade ice cream. It's delicious, and apparently, the flavours are different each day!
Will definitely go here again when we visit SA!
