Just wonderful. We went for a late lunch today 23-Aug-2023. Winning dish - Chicken Curry. Their meal the day - Short Rib on mash was very delicious. There's a deli section with delicious cold meats and cheeses and they are well stocked with preserves and pickles. Friendly staff and great service. Outside tented seating available and the inside is very cosy with views of the lake / lagoon. A delightful stop - highly recommended.

Very welcoming despite the bad weather with wonderful views and a real sense of nature. Flatbread was well presented and really good. Deli looks amazing too.

❇️- Fish and chips 9.5/10 VERY delicious and the side sauce is to die for!!! ❇️- Surf and turf( the one in the picture) 8/10 very good but the shrimp is too spicy for me. The place is calm and beautiful and the service is EXCELLENT, it was very enjoyable experience overall ❤️

We ended at this place by accident. What a nice surprise. We were under à tent with light breeze. ZANE the waiter has à lot of humor and is very courteous. The food was excellent. We had a battered hake fish and à Curry. First time we get à proper Curry with chutney and coconut chips. If you are in the Knysna area, don't look for another place.

Great location, food was excellent 👌 All our dishes had great flavour and presentation was beautifully done. Lovely deli with quality products including cheese, fresh vegetables, teas, biscuits and much more.

We had coffee here after a hike 2 x and they are friendly and give excellent service They don’t mind moving furniture around to accommodate us Make excellent coffees Deli decor is looking wonderful Parking is becoming a problem it enough straight place for all the cars

What a great experience. They hosted my ouma’s 90th birthday and everything was absolutely 💯 perfect. We had a nice private area decorated with lovely fresh protea’s. The food was amazing and the service excellent. I would recommend them for a relaxing lunch anytime as well as a function.

Stunning location., incredible view and setting. Very helpful and efficient staff. The food was 5 star. Beautifully presented, so much care and effort went into every detail. Gosh even the delicate tea set made this experience one of a kind. I would highly recommend this eatery!!!! 🏆

We had lunch at the new Urban Girl. It was phenomenal! I would highly recommend breakfast or lunch here. The view is perfect. The ambience is wonderful. The waitstaff is friendly and efficient. We could tell that the owners are hands on here because everything was immaculate and well presented. Best of all the food quality was fantastic. Will definitely be returning!

I have eaten here many times over the years and the delicious food has always been interesting and well prepared. The menu changes frequently and staff are well trained, attentive and friendly.

This was an absolutely incredible meal from start to finish. Making the reservation for dinner was effortless and the restaurant was very accommodating given they were already full. Walking in to a crackling fire on a rainy Friday evening was just perfection and when the chalk boards with the options for starters and mains were presented we knew it was going to be a memorable meal. 3 of the 4 diners at our table chose the salad buffet, which was filled with exciting options from red quinoa salad to a great interpretation of a Waldorf, everything we tried was delicious. And the cauliflower and blue cheese soup was incredible. Mains were just as impressive, pulled lamb bobetie and duck confit served with veg for the table, which included corn fritatas and baby marrow ragout. When the dessert board came out, regardless of how much had already been consumed we couldn't help but give in and thank goodness we did as the bread and butter pudding with salted caramel ice cream is something to travel for, incredible. Overall from food, ambience and service nothing was lacking, definitely coming back on our next trip to Knysna!

Amazing restaurant with a great atmosphere. You need to book far in advance during December. Run by a lovely husband and wife team. She manages front of house and he cooks with only one other person in the kitchen. The food is always good.

One of the best restaurants in the Knysna area.<br/>Everything is good about it. ..ambience, food and service.<br/>If you are in the area it is definitely worth a visit.<br/>I don't think there is much else as good in the area for classic food. I have found the food in Knysna apart from this restaurant to be below average. <br/>If i am in the area i love to go there for Sunday lunch.<br/><br/>
