Thanks to loadshedding we had supper at Panarottis. The new triple cheese, caramelized onions and rib pizza was absolutely delicious! Our waitress, sorry forgot her name, was super friendly and efficient.

Shaun is an unbelievable manager. Best pizza restaurant by far and the best staff by a mile!

The time it takes for the pizza to come is completely ridiculous, I can't wait that long for pizza, the pizza is good, but the waiting period is nonsensical. By the time the pizza gets to you, you're dead hungry, you're no longer eating to enjoy the food but eating out of hunger & frustrated whilst it���...

Waited over 1 hr for drinks even for water what if i was chocking on the food that was also late and I couldn't even tell who my waiter was cause after i received my food no one attended to me it's not the first time for this.

It was a great atmosphere for my friends and I as we were celebrating one of my friends birthday. I would definitely recommend it to everybody. Enoch the waiter thank you for your hospitality.

Good service and friendly staff despite the restaurant being packed as it was Thursday's all-you-can-eat pizza promotion. Tasty pizza and nice play area for the kids.

We had to wait for almost ninety minutes for a mere standard pizza,to top it all was this birthday celebrated in Our presence.... Ooh! The noise was uncalled for,unacceptable, really not all of Us customers can tolerate that noise as We just went to have Our dinner in peace.

Very disappointed in the quality of the base. It’s very thin and hardly has much toppings on. Certain areas are dry and hard. Quality has dropped. Yet the prices increase all the time. Chips are just as hard.

Castle draught tap pls. need 1. U need 5. No u need 10. Make that a priority. The noise levels as well. But if you have a castle draught tap. The noise can wait.
