Review Ming Seng - Kempton Park

Wonderful food! My fiance and I haven't had such value for money when it comes to Chinese food in a long time. The spring rolls were big and they tasted wonderful. The sushi tasted fresh and was worth the cost. The chow mein was so fulling that I took it for lunch the next day and it was enough to feed 3 woman. The sweet and sour chicken with noodles was so fulling that my fiance had to put some aside for lunch the next day. Well done Ming Seng!!! Great food.

Went to this place many years ago on a date night with my girlfriend, years later went back with my wife (the same woman) and the place has not changed. Still exceptional service, great food and an amazing atmosphere. If you're looking for good Chinese food, Ming Seng is most definitely the place to go...

Good quality Chinese food and sushi. They have a liquor license. Sit down and take aways. With 2 elderly African gents as waiters that are friendly and efficient.

Our favorite Chinese restaurant for years now. Service is a bit slow but worth it. Decor and carpets need a bit of sprucing up but if that's not your concern then it is well worth the night out!

Never had bad food here. They always friendly and food is inexpensive. Great variety to choose from. Love the fortune cookies every time I order.

Really really enjoyed the food but the real treat is the ambiance, polite staff. Wait felt a bit long but once I took a bite I realized why, keep it up u beauty!

Dodgy looking place, strange lighting, maybe not the world's most friendly waiters, but the food is good. Set menu options are only for those that arrive really hungry... 😋

It is such an awesome place.. Since I can remember they have been in Kempton and when ever me and my kids go and visit family in Kempton we make it a date to stop there ... Just love the place

Tonight I was not happy been customer many years they did not plan not enough waiters waited for food long time no bow ties and I understand they were busy but plan if you want to make business

Possibly the worst chicken chow mein I have ever tasted. Ordered through Mr Delivery, was shocked when I saw the meal. Called the restaurant to complain and they said that's how they make their chow mein. It's inedible, had to toss it in the bin. Never again.

BEST SUSHI EVER!!!!We don't buy from anywhere else except when we go out for dinner and sit down Otherwise takeaways will be bought here the sushi is super fresh and the service is good even tho communication is a bit of an effort coz of language differences.

Being getting Chinese food from Ming Seng for many years. Enjoy the chow mein dishes and spring rolls. Wouldn't recommend the fried foods like sweet and sour pork. Sushi seemed fairly fresh too. The food is generally good.

We had food from here last night and it was absolutely dreadful. The pork for the sweet and sour pork was rock hard and seemed like it had been re-fried to heat up after already being cooked. We were very disappointed

Best chinese in town. This is a legend in kempton park and would def recommend the sweet & sour pork! The best! Enjoy! Service is limited due to language but def worth it ;)

How this place is still open I do not know!!!<br/><br/>It's hidden away in a somewhat forgotten business complex. <br/>The signage above the front door should be a very clear indication of what you can expect to find inside. Old, dirty, grotty and dilapidated! Even the two servers (always on duty) look to be in their late 60's! No jokes!<br/><br/>The inside of the restaurant looks very dated. Stuck somewhere between the 1960s and 1980s. Furnishings are old, worn and look dirty. So do the walls and ceiling. <br/><br/>If you then are brave enough to sit down and dine (as we were) don't have high expectations! <br/><br/>The food has an overall monotone of colour and flavour. Everything taste and looks the same! Grey and yellow with a sweet and salty flavour. Oh and oily! Everything is oily, well, except the steamed rice.<br/><br/>Not worth the time or money spent there! GIVE IT A MISS!

Some items were good while other were aweful.<br/><br/>The sweet and sour prawns were crunchy and the sauce nice but the fried noodles were sloppy and overcooked.<br/><br/>The roast pork buns weren't great, at all and had been oversteamed and were tough as a result. <br/>While the Sui me were good.<br/><br/>My boyfriend had the oyster sauce beef which was a few pieces of beef and a large amount of onions in a watery broth. <br/><br/>Not the best Chinese food I've ever had. <br/>
