Review Nando's Festival Mall - Kempton Park

Kempton Park Johannesburg. We were on our way from Johannesburg after a conference, to our daughter in Limpopo and were hungry so we stopped at this Nando’s in Festival Mall. It is quite difficult to find a halaal eatery while traveling so we were happy to come across this establishment. The food was amazing but the friendly staff was even better. They were very quick, friendly and efficient. I love the decor of this Nando’s as it looks quite different from the Nando Branches in Cape Town. What a lovely experience 👌⭐️

The service was a bit slow although the wait was totally worth it. The best Cabo sosatie ever🤗👌.

A great place to have well made chicken. The chilli is awesome! Always glad to be back. It would be nice if more order options are available for home deliveries.

Sigh. I came here alone. Waited 40 minutes for a 1/4 chicken, chips and roll. The food got here cold. The restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. <br/>I’m not happy. <br/>The alcoholic Appletini was a virgin. Pull up your socks please.<br/>And the rolls weren’t the normal Nandos rolls. They crumbled, full of air <br/>Just terrible <br/>I don’t think I ever want to come back here

Service is okay. Chicken is amazing but the salads could do with some upgrades... Limp lettuce, large slices of onion and one tomato cut in quarters will not cut it...

Get 'em in and get 'em out quick seems to be the attitude, unfortunately I found it a long wait for a grilled chicken and salads. <br/>Chicken was dry and overcooked and the salads were limp . Won't be back in a hurry<br/>

I am not much of a fan of Nandos as I find them a rip off of Portuguese. The service levels are good but some staff could learn to treat clients with respect. Chicken I got was burnt tasting. A not impressed.
