Review Col'cacchio Emperors Palace - Kempton Park

I had an amazing stay here, kind staff, nice rooms and I loved the views. Love the swimming pool, has shallow side suitable for kids. The food was out of this world, to top it off is the free shuttle to the airport. I want to come back here with my kids and family in the future

Christmas lights and festive display. What a treat if you have young children, food options not great but you always have the option to head into the casino where there are plenty options. Worth visiting for sure

Hello Admin I recently stayed at Emperors Palace near the airport and I'm happy to leave a positive review. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. Seems like emperors has no concern about their restrooms, no towels, no soap no staff to clean, this was on the 02/12/2023. Should investigate why not n single cleaner in sight. The image of emperors is not what it used to be, what a shame😫

I took my wife and friends out to eat and we all loved it. The food was really tasty, and we had a great time just sitting and chatting in such a cool place. It was a fun, easy night with good food and great friends.

The best Saturday we spent. From the News Cafe vibe, Tribes Grill food and the amazing Christmas Village fun on P5. We will come back for more this festive season

I literally have no words to describe Emperors Palace, it's part of my love story. I got married there at the garden 10 years ago and it's just an amazing place from the various restaurants, to casino and shops, they have it all.

We had builders 8:00 the morning..moving, painting, Letting leathers fall...quite a racket.. Housekeeping only came at 16:45 to clean our room And we just told her to give us fresh towels.. Nothing was cleaned. Other than that ....we had a great time...will definitely go again.. Personal was friendly and food excellent

Went to watch a live show at the theatre. We sat in row F, but all rows is facing at an adequate angle towards the stage. Will recommend seats 17 -20 in each row as it has a bit more leg space. They allow food and drinks in except popcorn and hot bevarages. Friendly service at the door. Have plenty to do while you wait for the show or thereafter. No problem with parking.

We went there for a buffet dinner with other couples. The food was great and the was variety. They don't not serve much sea food , the was only hake and on that day a lot of people were celebrating birthday. I felt like I was at spur because every few minutes the other guests start singing happy birthday. I think they should just make a time to wish everyone a happy birthday so that we xan enjoy the rest of our meal in peace.

Went to the spur for breakfast. Great staff, pleasant atmosphere. The chicken avo and bacon salad was scrumptious. I ordered ordered a half bowl and it sufficient enough for me to take home half. Staff were friendly and very attentive. Great experience.

Enjoyed my experience there. Clean, friendly staff, ample parking spaces, but I feel car guards needs monitoring. Should be more shows on Friday nights. The venue overall is excellent 👌🏽 👏🏼 Well done 👏🏼

Barnyard service and entertainment was great. The conference venue was great, the teatime snacks were not too good and ran out of snacks. The machine cappuccino was not good. Lunches were good. At the Gala dinner, the decorations were outstanding and the service good but the meals were a letdown. The main meal of beef fillet was cold and unappetising.

Food at food was good, and better than the Peernount hotel offering. I had breakfast only once at the hotel and that was enough processed meat I want to digest. Other than that I enjoyed my time with helpful ground security like July,
