Such real , raw, genuine beauty in this little place of paradise that is any foodie, artsy fartsy, musicians dream..... taste buds are tantalized, ears are serenaded and every nook and cranny is a new colorful artistic spectical to be investigated... absolutely adore this family and their venue.... if I could give more than 5stars I'd make it a million.

It was so nice to dine here again. We started off with a local gingerbeer and craft beer. Then had the loaded fries and Blackforest waffle. Both were immensely delicious! The only (slight) drawback was that the creme brulee cappucino was brought just before the food, despite having asked for it to be brought last after we had finished eating. But it was still a lovely experience. Thank you so much.

A delightful experience. Definitely A must-visit. Eat in, or buy snacks to take home, the experience will still be amazing.

The coffee was very good, and the atmosphere even better, can't wait to come back!

A must visit! Had an amazing Sunday lunch. Setting 10/10 Service 10/10 Live music 10/10 Food 10/10 Not cheap but still value for money. Don't go if you're in a hurry as the food takes long.....but it's a place to sit and relax so should not be an issue. Easy drive from Nelspruit. Will definitely be back.

Had an awesome time at Bohemian Groove Cafe. I had the Eisbein with their local craft beer. Compliments to the chefs. Delivery of the food was very quick. If I'm ever in the area again i will definitely pop in.

The place isn't too bad. The atmosphere is great with a really nice view. A really nice place to enjoy a peaceful breakfast, lunch or dinner. Don't expect food to be served very fast here. The food is good here although there isn't that much to choose from for main meals. Would definitely come back here again.

Just off the main road sits the beautiful little town of Kaapsehoop where the Bohemian Groove Cafe invites you in with it’s spacious outdoor verandah offering stunning views sweeping over the Blue Swallow Reserve, vegetable gardens, artistic steampunk decor and friendly staff. The Magic Mushroom burger was delicious, the coffee was hot and the loaded crispy bacon & cheese sauce fries were incredible. Thanks to the Bohemian Groove Cafe Team for a very fulfilling experience. Be sure to walk around this charming little South Africa town.

Really nice atmosphere here. All the food was good and the lamb curry was excellent; everything had huge portions.

Charl and Andrea are gracious hosts and their love for great food shows in every meal. We had their prawns 🍤 and the burger. Big portions, excellent flavour and well presented. Live music with Jacquie on a Sunday was a lovely treat with a relaxed vibe and people having a fun time. We also took away a Ciabatta bread, which was delish. Do try their chocolate balls - just sublime. Being from Jozi and a foodie reviewer, I highly recommend this place even as a stopover for lunch between Mpumalanga and Gauteng. 👍👍

Beautiful place in a beautiful little village. We sat outside under the trees and were treated to a father/daughter duo singing old school classics and they were excellent. So was the ambiance and the food. It's the kind of place where you like to chill out for the whole afternoon. Situated right at the entrance to the village of Kaapschehoop - just look for happy people sitting under trees. Go there, you will love it.

Great restaurant. Really enjoyed the food. And definitely go for the hike to the look out point.

Bohemian Groove never disappoints. It's an energising stop after a hike in the area, and the perfect spot to spend a relaxing afternoon. The valley and mountain view creates tranquility and the restaurant atmosphere is nostalgic easy. And the food is always good quality too, choose anything you like from the wide variety on the menu and treat yourself to home style goodness. It's not cheap fast food, if that's what you're looking for. The restrooms are clean and comfortable. All covid regulations are observed.

Live music by Arno was great. The milkshakes are delectable, the Fish and Chips was also a winner. If you like spicy meat the bacon cheese burger is a must.

What a treat!! All sorts of homebaked treats. Cakes, pies etc. We had breakfast, the servings were big and delicious. Well presented and very tasty! Well priced. Friendly staff. Remember to order at the counter. You will want to spend more time to look at the stuff from years gone by and read the witty postings.

After a cold and drizzly walk through the village of Kaapsehoop, the lovely warm fires of the Bohemian Groove Cafe were very welcome. We dined on fabulously spicy and aromatic Lamb Curry, Bockwurst Platters, lovely Fresh Fish & Chips, divine Prawns and a Monster Size Cheese Burger. Followed up by fresh Malva Puddings, an extremely over-the-top Strawberry Fields Dessert and Lemon Meringue. Very fine fare in a far flung place.
