Review Vovo Telo - Johannesburg

David Jenkins
Great food (toasted sandwiches and Mexican scramble) almond milk (not all offer this) for cappuccinos and a pleasant atmosphere. Stand out for us was the waiter. Really good service on a busy Sunday morning. Not a lot can go wrong here. You know what you getting. Took a sourdough home for the braai in the afternoon and it was unreal.

My favorite eating joint! Lovely location, yummy food... I always eat the pulled pork pasta with sour dough bread sprinkled with cheese and fresh chillies 😋 #S21 #galaxys21

First time ever that I tried this eatery. Beautiful atmosphere especially if you're seated outside with the water feature on a beautiful summer's afternoon. Overlooking Life Grand and a few other restaurants and retailers.

Great service from Charte, such a sweet young lady. Great food and lovely vibe. I had the pulled pork pasta. Devine.

On a recent trade visit, we decided to meet at Vovo Telo Waterfall Corner before venturing out, because I was early I opted for a starter AKa an Almond Cortado. The waiter helping added to the experience, a fellow musician she is. Oh back to the coffee, so good it was that on our return another pick me up was what the doctor ordered. The whole centre is a vibe, Vovo Telo was a great experience and a definite repeat.

I had their breakfast and the food in general was delicious and tasty. Chilled vibes

I’ve been to Vovo Telo twice. Service and food are generally amazing. Wifi only works inside though

Excellent service from our waitress. Food is a bit pricey, but good quality. Wish there were more "Hindu friendly" options (i.e. things with chicken/egg but no beef/pork). Freshly baked bread was awesome 👌

So the experience started out superbly. Baking entertainment for the kids with the spoils they get to keep. That truly impressed me. We then put our drinks order in. The drinks were not brought together. Things were okay till we had to keep reminding the waitress about the second drink. Perhaps just a small delay in the kitchen. We put our food order in. With my child being a picky eater i was hoping for creamy eggs on her order but they were powdery. Overcooked a bit. On my order (my fault) i did not specify runny poached eggs (i was never asked how i wanted them though) but one was way over and one medium. We also asked for croissants at a point which we kept having to remind the waitress about. The managers really tried to help us but i think the restaurant became so busy so quickly that the waitress was slightly flustered. From a food point of view it was good but was not without glitches. Watching them bake fresh bread was awesome. I will still recommend the place and definitely go back for their bread but was a bit let down by slight disorganization with service. Hence the 4 star rating because i believe this was an isolated incident and their efforts from most was more than just a 3 star okay.

This is my happy place. I was heart broken when they closed at Umhlanga. My kids liked the dough experience making animals and having to keep them! The waterfall joint is also very nice but a little small so it's understandable why they don't have a kids dough making corner. The food though..... Perfect score 🎼. Their chicken livers are the best and if you think you have tasted better somewhere, we can have a chicken liver challenge but I'm sure vovo’s will still come on top, go there and try them, then let us know!

We popped in for a coffee and then had a snack. I was pleasantly surprised, my wife had the breakfast waffle, it looked great, she battled to finish it. The portions are generous. The decor is lovely and the service good. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing breakfast..... 👌 Cubin sandwich is a must try😝... TRUST ME... chocolate cake is a slice to die for.🥰🥰... most awesome service and very attentive manager. Definitely coming back soon.👏👏👏

Great experience at VT. It was our first time there on a Sunday morning and only left when the doors started to close. Didn't wait long for the tasty breakfast and good coffee. Very friendly and great service from Chante. Thanks

Love Vovo Telo. The staff are amazing and the food is great. I love your pizzas and Belgum Hot Chocolate.

Went for breakfast at Vovo Tello parkhurst this morning (26th May). Ordered two coffees, waited 20min and they still hadn't arrived. Walked out the Resturant and went to Doppio - which was great.

Very disappointing visit. Poor service. Old stale food. not the first time either. Sies! Vovo Telo. Such a nice brand being managed so poorly.

What BAD Service. Out of stock with everything. A guy that calls himself The Manager, Lynton. - SUPER Rude & Arrogant. He need to go on a Management Course to be taught some Mannerism, Professionalsm and Customer Service. If Vovo Telo know what is good for them, replace the Manager. Shame, now the poor Waiters must take the brunt and they do not deserve it. Highly irritated client.

One of my favorite restaurants. The food , service and ambience is fantastic

Hello :) my husband and I love your place, especially for breakfast. We had a carrot muffin and coffee there about 2 weeks ago and it was the absolute best muffin I've had in AGES!! Yesterday my husband got two takeaway carrot muffins, and when he got home and we had them, they were rock hard and dry and tasteless :( very disappointing. We will be back, and it hasn't put us off, but I thought I'd let u know :)

The food is extraordinary. A new favourite and I will definitely become a regular
Richard Jansen Van Vuuren
Food - excellent. Coffee - excellent. Service - friendly. Vibe - chilled. Flies in summer - a problem.

Extremely fatty food, bland in flavor, burned sausages and over filled plates with poor presentation.

Quite a bad experience overall. Will definitely not return to this place. Complete let down.

I absolutely love coming here for breakfast or quick lunch meetings. The food is lovely, the atmosphere is relaxed and most importantly the staff are always friendly, attentive and welcoming.
Ursula Van Rooyen
This is not a great restaurant, the food is below average my daughter had a waffle it was so cold that the ice cream didn't even melt. I had a poached egg on toast, you get 2 eggs with one small piece of toast. The portions are small and not worth it. The food is just not good. The service is so slow it took 45 mins just for that, and the restaurant was empty.
Kat
Whilst the food may be alright, the service is ridiculously slow. I have waited more than 30 minutes for a simple sandwich. The waiters tried to speed up the kitchen, but to no avail. I wouldn't recommend this outlet again. Disappointed, to say the least.

First and absolutely last visit. Zero recommendations to anyone from a group of 8 people today trying to have a breakfast meeting. On one of the coldest winter mornings; the manager refused to close the door to the restaurant saying that 2 other people wanted it open.. Mind you, there is a perfectly open seating area right outside the restaurant that could accomodate the 2 people, but instead the rest of the restaurant had to freeze and be extremely uncomfortable. Terrible attitude as the manager said to our table; a party of 8; that we are welcome to leave if we were not happy that the door was open; after we had placed an order. Good luck with that poor attitude and poor customer service!
Emma Jayne
Thank you to Lucy and the staff at Volvo telo for all your enthusiasm and superb service 😙😙 you really made my sister feel so incredibly special on her birthday. The delicious coffee and scone was an added bonus

I downloaded Zomato in order to write a review on Vovo Telo Woodmead... I just had the best sandwich EVER! Ordered a take-away sandwich on rye breas, when I got home and open the box, it smelled as if I am sitting in a bakery. The bread was as if it just came out of the oven. The filling was very generous and great tasting! Fantastic! I will recommend.

This was likely the worst experience I’ve had in awhile. I met a friend for lunch and ordered. 45 mins on we had asked for the order. After inquiring the ordered wasn’t even placed yet. Needless to say I won’t be returning.
Shàmai-Sassy Khan
Unfortunately, my first experience was terrible.
The Staff looked uninterested. The waiters do not smile and tend to you, it's as if they are doing you a favour by waiting on you. Nor do they check on you. Really terrible service!
Sunira Kandielall
Great affordable breakfast with a good assortment. Also the freshly baked bread is delicious , try the chili loaf and olive loaf. Brioche buns are also great for a home made burger
Megan Fisher
We came in on a Sunday afternoon for lunch and waited a full hour for our food. We could see our order sitting on the pass but still it wasn't brought to us, along with a drinks order that was completely forgotten about. I won't be back to this branch
Kylie Jade Botes
Beautiful vovo telo. Service is good. Coffee is great. The food didn't take long either. They also were not phased by me altering my meal to suit my needs which is awesome :)
Anuschka Wischnewski
Went to vovo telo for lunch with a group of friends on a Sunday afternoon. Although the food was, in general, quite good, the salads were mostly lettuce considering the price you are paying. The service was also on the slow side, which is usually not an issue on a casual Sunday afternoon, however, when you are slightly pressed for time, the service time can be frustrating. All in all, a very average lunch and, if I had to go again, I won’t be eating a salad and will go on a day I am not pressed for time.
Monochrome
Lovely spot to have a quick coffee or a meeting. Pleasant surroundings. Good coffee. Some of the food is average. The breads are decent. Service pleasant.

Had the most disgusting food here. I ordered the pumpkin fritters and when they arrived I couldn't actually believe that they were allowed to leave the kitchen. The fritters were barely cooked (basically raw batter) and fried in old oil. My friend and I ordered the same thing and we both could not stomach it. It takes some special kind of food to make you feel ill while you're eating it. I didn't want to make a scene as we were there for a birthday. I did however tell our waitress that the fritters were raw and tasted disgusting and all she did was laugh and say "yes I can see you didn't enjoy them". We had to pay for two uneaten meals. Terrible service, little concern for the quality of food and completely un-empathetic when patrons have had bad food. Will not return to this place.
Fareed Hare
Mediocre! I tried the Sriracha chicken baguette with a rooibos tea. The baguette was almost dry but it was a decent size. Rooibos tea is rooibos tea so it was just that. The experience was ok - the baguette was R87 - a bit overpriced? Friendly staff and nice ambience with average food.
Sean Wade Lucien
Nice vibe good friendly staff with a all round good food and menu the butternut fritters with the ginger yogurt is to die for and they had good coffee
Tracey-Jane Mc Donald Lucien
service was great and the food and portions size amazing their cuppacino and double expresso a little in the cold side but a lovely environment with greats atmosphere where people can bring well behaved pets

Absolutely love vovo telo. Staff are friendly, ambiance is cosy and relaxed. And the food and coffees and moreish. We will definitely be back!

Was flying solo today and thought I'd go to one of my preferred breakfast spot. Vovo Telo Waterfall (VTW) has always left me feeling good after a meal, I think it's the quality of the ingredients and the simple preparations that bring out good flavours.

On this particular morning I went for the Griddle Stack Breakfast with a soft poached egg.

First out, the food was what I'd come to expect from VTW, everything looked fresh and tasty!!

Digging in I realised the cheese sauce didn't really add anything to the plate... It was creamy but not very cheesy, it lacked that cheese hit I expected, but it served as a reasonable substitute for a sauce. I enjoy griddled cakes and I've come to enjoy the slightly doughy (not gloopy) texture, however it lacked seasoning and was rather bland in the mouth.

The bacon was great and so was the Rocket.. the highligh was the perfectly soft poached egg that oozed all over the plate.

Overall, the dish hit some highs and sunk to some lows, overall I can't say it was extremely memorable, but was satisfying at the time. But I could shake the feeling that the taste was a bit one dimensional.. especially with the bland cakes neutralising the other good flavours on the plate.

It just needs something else, maybe a stronger cheese sauce or an additional protein in the plate.... A pork banger perhaps would make it a much more rounded experience. Towards the end when the bacon was gone and all I had was the cheese sauce, cake and egg yolk left, it didn't really taste of anything specific and that was a let down.

The service was fairly average, staff looked busy, but my server lacked the attentiveness I have come to expect from establishments in this area.

I may just be overly critical because I love eating here and will continue to do so. If u were rating VTW purely on food it's a 4 (I could overlook slightly under seasoned cakes and a not so cheesy cheese sauce), but the service made me rethink my rating to a 3.5.

I find Vovo Telo to be quaint and quirky but really good when it comes to their baked good. Everything is baked on the premises and fresh. I've had breakfasts here before...from simple bacon & eggs, to chicken livers on a sour dough....never been disappointed. Today I just popped in for a cappuccino before shopping. It was good and service was on point 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

Amazing food in an almost perfect shopping centre let down by poor servoce from staff and manager. A 65 minute wait for food, waitrons who attended to us only when we called them and a 15 minute wait to receive doggy bags - unnaceptable. When I'd approached the manager, he was equally unsympathetic by telling us there's nothing he can do and he doesn't know how long the food will take but it's coming. Pathetic service aside, Resha Mia Singh salmon croissant was fresh, flavourful and as great tasting as my pulled pork eggs benedict. Two must tries.

We unfortunately will not be returning anytime soon, as we don't have 3 hours to waste on what should be a 1 hour breakfast. Pity.
Natalie De Canha
Vovo Telo is consistently good, with this particular branch following suit (albeit not exceeding my expectations).
Happy little lunch date with my friend in this quaint little spot ☺️🌸 the waiter was friendly, and our food came quite speedily. Not super busy which was really nice for a change in the usual buzz of Joburg's December. The Banting bread is always a hit😍
Heidi Bantam
A new favourite - they serve breakfast all day 😀. Service was good and the ambience relaxed with laid back tunes in the background. The coffee was flavorful and the food, delicious. The fresh pressed juices were refreshing.

Had a quick meet up with friends here and have to say that it was a great place to meet. The decor was cute rustic meets hipster with just enough homeliness to make the atmosphere comfortable for a late afternoon meeting. Ordered a frozen smoothie type of drink made out of fresh berries and ice and is definitely something good to drink on a warm summers day. Service wise, the waiters were a bit slow and forgetful of our table. Not too chuffed about that but still a place I would recommend one goes.

I felt like having something a little different for breakfast this morning and stumbled upon Vovo Telo. It was a really nice change for brekkie and although I had a takeaway (some of us have to work), I really want to go back there for a sit down meal. The best part of it was opening the door to the smell of freshly baked bread, the barista churning away and the pain au chocolat calling my name!

I had the poached eggs with coriander aioli, which really hit the spot. My poached eggs were perfectly done and the aioli really brings the eggs and bacon together. Awesome place.

Very much in line with a Mugg n Bean experience , being a famous brand this would explain it .

Coffee is delicious and the food is perfect if you looking for a quick bite to eat !!
Marika_Mav
I stopped by for a quick coffee and a light lunch. The coffee is delicious! Food fresh and tasty - fresh salad and bread. The cheese was good quality and very tasty - not like bland cheese you normally get at other coffee shops. Great service too!
Anusha Nadasen
Had a delicious breakfast this morning "the banter". The eggs were poached and the bacon was delicious and crispy. Washed it down with a spicy chai mmmmmm yummy 😋
Nasreen Rasool
I had the salmon and cream cheese pizza which actually wasn't a pizza. It was sort of a corn chip base. Quite disappointed in that. I also had the Belgian hot chocolate which was ok. Usually I'm a fan but I think just this time I ordered the wrong stuff. The staff were friendly and the service efficient.
Elin Lorimer
Just had breakfast here, and not impressed! I walked in and it smelled delish, but then noticed all the flies buzzing around the indoor tables. The waitress shrugged her shoulders when I asked is anything could be done about it. We sat outside to avoid the flies even though it was a little cold. I ordered the corn hot cakes with poached eggs and they really didn't taste right at all. No comment from the waiter when he enquired how it was and I said I didn't enjoy it. Service was fine otherwise, I guess.
Rowe.danielle31
Buttermilk cakes with marscapone and blueberries is absolutely delish. Great saamies too. Never disappoints. Always fresh and light and flavor-some. Easy going service makes things relaxed and and a great lunch spot.
Shannon Correia
We had lunch at Vovo Telo. It wasn't as busy as the other restaurants in the area, but the service was good. We enjoyed the food, although the sandwich was slightly dry. The dessert display also had fewer items than we expected. Worth a shot, especially if your interested in trying different kinds of breads
Dhrupal Amin
Store revamp has made a big difference in the overall experience. Staff are attentive and service is prompt. Food is good, breads are excellent! Bread sticks are a must
TheOne
Mah... it was okay. The breakfast was nothing special. I had bree with eggs and what not... did mention there was lots of bree? Portions were small and bland, but the spiced chai was good. This is the kind of place cyclists and young mom's go for an early breakfast I recon...
Georgina Katz
A lovely lunch experience today! Good service and as always, delicious home made food with a warm and vibrant atmosphere. Today I ordered the salted caramel smoothie which I've never tried before.. *holds thumbs*
David Bernstein
Poor restaurant. Absolute disgraceful portion sizes. Asked for extra mushrooms and they bring 4 mushrooms. You certainly are not given what you pay for. Service is terrible. Had to get up several times to call a waiter as no-one came near us. Been to more than one vovo telo and although they all follow a similar trend, waterfall is the worst one I have been to.
Vinolin Naidoo
Good was good but the service wasn't good at all! Had to call the waiter twice for just a card machine and they didn't even check up after the meal was given. Not worth the high prices
Jevani Pillay
Vovo Telo in Waterfall Corner is a lovely spot for brunch. Conveniently situated, great friendly waiters. Try the corn cakes and their 100% rye bread. I'm a fan of their freshly squeezed juice (pineapple and ginger-yum). The coffee is strong- just how I like it.
Adrian Shannon
I can't say the service was as good as other Vovo Telo's I've frequented, but the food was good. I love breakfast, and mine was spot on. If they can just up the service a bit..
BeeBum De A
Okay.. so I am incredibly peeved with this place! So tried to phone for takeaway but the number on the app doesn't work! And it said that they were open.. they were not. Very disappointed. Will give them one more try, and re - review them. The PE vovo is just the best! I have high hopes.
Tables And Thyme
We met friends for a lazy Sunday breakfast. The service was touch and go - a bit inconsistent. We had to request sugar for our coffee and waited ages for cold milk for tea (ages= long enough for the tea in the cup to get cold). The carrot muffin lacked flavor. The croissants were all delicious and are recommended. The manager did advise our food was delayed due to a big table ordering before us (isn't it always the reason at every place?) but the muffin arrived well before the other items. We weren't too rushed so didn't mind the wait.
The food is what we've come to expect from the Vovo Telo brand. I'll give them another try for the service issues but not anytime soon.
Maxine Gunzenhauser
Funky décor, great coffee and warm ambience. Vovo Telo makes a delicious Banting breakfast (avo, Danish feta, bacon, rocket and eggs) which couples perfectly with their selection of Toni Glass teas and sugar-free ice tea, which makes for a very satisfied banter. If you're not on the Banting wagon, even better - their baked goods and desserts are d*i*v*i*n*e. A "thumbs up" from me 👍🏼
Melissa Claassens
Fantastic for lunch, cake & coffee or a quick business meeting. Had the tamato & basil pasta to celebrate booking my trip to italy, wow, please do me a favour and have it!
Thandi Mpanza
It was my first time here and our waitress was so friendly. I love the fact that they were very accommodating and changed around some things to my preference. Will certainly be coming back
Sebastian Kelly
Great service! I had a friendly waiter seat me and take me through their menu. I ordered the Mediterranean Pasta to go, and wasn't disappointed with this tasty dish. My takeaway bag even had a slice of fresh bread wrapped in wax paper and tied together with rustic string.
I will be back to enjoy a sit-down meal on the weekend.
Zoë Harper
Would like to give a review, not on the restaurant but on the service..i called four times this morning to make a reservation and was hung up on each time so not sure what this restaurant is like as i won't be going there.
Hana
I love Vovo Telo wherever I go. It is probably my favourite place to eat breakfast. I ordered my favourite poached eggs with aioli and it didn't disappoint. The gypsy ham was perfectly crispy, the tomatoes ripe and tasty and the bread to die for. Breakfast was so good that I decided to get a takeaway for dinner. I got a chocolate croissant and a roast beef sandwich. Delicious and my only complaint is the roast beef was sliced too thickly so it was difficult to take a bite without removing all the meat from the loaf. The hot mustard and garlic mayo were a perfect combination. Can't wait to come back!
Jonathan De Paiva
Food really good but service extremely slow, waited almost 40 minutes for a lamb burger. .
Chantal Da Fonseca
I love this brand and was very impressed with the service, food and vibe at this restaurant. My breakfast was delish and the fresh bread we took home did not disappoint!
Jaime The Jambo
Quaint and quirky crockery, lovely staff willing to serve. Food was a little slow to arrive, but it was still executed very well, great homely taste with light portions. Taught one of the waiters what the William is! Love. Jambo.
Natalie CJ Coomer
I enjoyed my experience here! Our waiter was on top form and my beef fillet and caramilised onion pizza was really tasty! Would definitely recommend it for a lunchtime meal!
Moiketsi Moahloli
My wife enjoyed her experience at the Parkhurst branch and so we tried this one closer to home and we were very disappointed.
The salad portions are less than at the Parkhurst branch and the service was very poor, I repeatedly had to ask for my table to get cleaned and food had to get sent back because of a lack of care from the waiters.
A pity for what seems to be such a good brand.
Chantelle Le Roux
This branch of VovoTelo was 1 of my favourite branches after the first visit. I had planned to give it a higher score, but after the 2nd visit the layout of tables had been changed, and not for the better.
Before, it was welcoming and open, now it feels crammed and doesn't have a nice flow.
It may sound unimportant but this plays a huge role in the overall enjoyment of my meal.
The establishment is in a gorgeous location and have a very friendly staff compliment. The same franchise decor is followed with mismatched wooden tables and chairs and it works really well in the new centre.
I ordered the Buttermilk Hotcakes with lemon zest and blueberries on the 1st occasion and the French baguette buttermilk French toast on the 2nd occasion. I was over the moon with both choices!
Filling, tasty and so pretty to look at (I neglected to take a photo of the Hotcakes as I was so eager to taste them, I forgot!)

The artisan breads on display are pretty impressive.

The manager may want to spend more time checking on his patrons though, we had had a small complaint about my partners meal and nothing was said about it by the time we had left
I hope the layout changes back to how it was as it really made a huge difference.
(My photos of the restaurant layout are from visit no. 1)
Garth Balabanoff
Have been here on many occasions but this Vovo Telo consistently drops the ball - such a pity as I love the brand! Service is average and management appear to have a chip on their shoulder. My last visit resulted in food being sent back twice and management couldn't have cared less.
Alexis Assimacopoulos
Of all the Vovo Telo's this is definitely one of the best! Lovely open atmosphere by Waterfall Estate- definitely a great option for a business lunch if you need something quieter than Life ???? service could be better- but that can be said of most places now days
Natisha Balkaran
Good coffee. But it stops there. The food isnt great and the bread isn't as good as the vovo telo in 44-on-stanley. There always seems to be more waiters than patrons yet its still so difficult to get their attention. Not much to say as it seems it doesnt have much to offer.
Craig Shalekoff
Superb coffee thank God. Because the food leaves a lot to be desired. Their breads are great. And their sandwiches are amazing. But breakfasts are a disappointment
Mallory Perrett
Had the 44 on Stanley Breakfast. Yum
Kevin Barrie Levy
This bakery delight and gem has opened at the Waterfall Corner shopping centre. The aromas of freshly brewed coffee entices you to go in. The food is superb with their baked goods to die for - a must try is their ridiculously delicious Apple Danish - go on...spoil yourself. It can get busy so go early or to wait a while is also ok...will be worth the wait!

21 September 2016

Meeting my Pescatarian friend for lunch, I decided on the Croissant basket from the Breakfast menu. It was absolutely divine! A croissant formed into a basket, crisped up and filled with spinach, Salmon and topped with a poached egg. It was absolutely delicious!!!! Something different.

My friend had the Corn Hotcakes (also from Breakfast menu) but instead of ham, she asked for extra mushrooms. Lovely corn fritters with mushrooms, pesto, rocket and tomatoes.

July 2014
Today I drove from Fourways to this Vovo Telo - it was a glorious day and I was looking forward to lunch with a friend. There are quite a few tables outside, mostly in the sun, but with the water fountain as background, I can imagine it to be peaceful and serene.

I just love the inside of Vovo Telo's decor! It's almost like someone's dining room - the Persian carpets give a warmth and cosiness to the room, the distressed tables and striped wallpaper practically beg you to sit down and relax. And what a lovely chandelier with the pressed ceiling!

Service is good, there are quite a selection of fresh breads to choose from.

I had my eye on the Strawberry Chutney BLT & Brie Baquette (Artisan Sarmies selection). For R39, this was really worth it!! A crispy baguette, topped with lettuce, tomato slices, bacon, Brie and strawberry chutney. Quite a big portion, but really yum.

My friend had a Reuben (Artisan Sarmies selection) - Pastrami, Caramelised Onions, Gherkins and Boerenkaas on Rye. She really loved it!

We had cappuccino's, although there are several drink items that were really begging me to try them ... definitely next time! I have my eye on one of the chocolate drinks.

I do find some of the dishes quite pricey ...

It's pet friendly, so I'm happy going there!

I've only been there for breakfast. I had the corn hot cake (the actual corn cake lacked seasoning) but the rest was good. My husband had The Pickering, also decent. The breakfasts menu is modern and the portions decent.

The service was lazy and slow. When we went there it was quite and the waiters just stood around and took very long to clear our plates or even ask us if we wanted anything else to drink.
Mabelami
We had such a great breakfast here on Sunday morning. We sat outside and it was so peaceful with the water fountains... you don't feel like you're sitting next to a car park.
Our waiters were great and everything was prepared perfectly... poached eggs, espressos and freshly squeezed juices.
Being from PE I like supporting homegrown and they never disappoint!
Sandika Daya
Vovo Telo is quite inviting with their artisan bread on display at their entrance. Despite being quiet on a weekday, our food (sandwiches) took 45 minutes to come out of the kitchen. I ordered the BLT sandwich served with a strawberry and brie relish. It tasted as good as it sounds. I'd give this one a miss if you want to dine here during your lunch hour

I was treated to a fabulous lunch on Sunday 11th May at the new Vovo Telo in the new Waterfall shopping centre.

The Coffee Vovochino and Red Cappuccino were both fab and to eat, we shared the Strawberry Chutney BLT & Brie Baguette (Classic BLT with home-made strawberry chutney & Brie) – yummy! And the Caramelised Pear, Coppa & Brie (With bocconcini mozzarella and fresh rocket with balsamic reduction) – even more yummy! Service was great, décor is amazing and the ambiance was super.
