I order pizza for lunch frequently and the service is just incredible. I never wait in queues. The lovely young lady at the front desk greets with a smile and even remembers my order each time I return. The wait is less than 10 minutes and the food is always fresh and delicious!

Very good, the attached steers needs some work though. Ordered ribs from. Them and they had no sauce and was cold. But the pizza is well done and timeous.

Debonairs pizza is definitely not my first choice when it comes to pizza. In recent times the toppings have become miserly, especially toppings like cheese and mushrooms. The overall quality and service we receive as customers is below standard. In terms of price, I cannot say that it is good value for money as the prices are market prices and I have had better quality pizza for the same price elsewhere. I would not recommend debonairs pizza at all.

I ordered online via the app and they got my order completely wrong, first of all the pizza took more than hour to deliver, it was only a pizza and a sub and I live 3km from them. Then what I got was a small pizza instead of a sub and a sweet and sour pizza with peppers, which I clearly marked to be taken off and replaced with mushrooms because of an allergy. <br/><br/>How could you get an order wrong that went through via the app??<br/><br/>Also when I phoned to complain, they said thank you for bringing it to our attention and will make another pizza and collect that one you currently have, which will properly take another hour. <br/><br/>So in the meantime, 2 hours have to pass before I can eat. What is the whole point of fast food take out if you have to wait 2 hours? <br/><br/>Not impressed! Why have an app to oder if no one can follow an order through?

Debonairs absolutely sucks these days. The service is shabby and the pizza are showered with sauce and really little topping. They were once the best place to go for a nice hearty pizza but these days I would rather settle for something else.

I haven't had Debonairs in ages as I'll be honest in saying that the pizzas are my last resort! But, upon waking with a hangover, their free delivery and vegetarian sub, is just what I need!!!! I wouldn't order their pizzas but their subs I still think are pretty yum for fast food!!

I'm not a fan of Debonairs. They were great when they first came out but quality has decreased substantially since then. The chicken is rubbery and in small pieces. The subs are average quality but better taste than the pizza. The pizza is greasy junk food pizza that certainly lacks taste. You cannot use your card for purchases below R30.
