My fav dishes are the 514 and 309. Great flavors. The sushi is good too. This Simply Asia serves alcohol.
Always received good service and they fulfill my specifications.
Food is always excellent and prepared well. Staff is very friendly and smiling.
Just got take out from this place again. Had tom yum soup. It was good good good. Spicy spicy nom and all the rest.
Had some noodle dish. Itwas tasty. Other had a crispy chicken thingy majig. Also good. But they forgot to pack our duck bun.... oh noooo!
So i phoned em up and boom they sent a bike with 1 bun. I dono if you get that... 1 single 20 rand bun. Oh but they stuck some corn fritters in for good measure which were ok but still free is good.
Pretty happy with them really.

I keep telling myself I'll try something different on Simply Asia's vast menu but there really are very few take-out items I enjoy more than the 514 cashew nut curry with noodles. If you're looking for a delicious and filling simple meal, this is it.
That aside, Simply Asia doesn't have the best sushi I've had but it's still really tasty. If you're looking for simple, conventional sushi done well, this is it.
Edit: I've had the 261 Roasted duck in flavoured Siya sauce with steamed rice. It was spectacular! Cooked crispy yet soft, and very flavourful. I had the fried banana dessert to end. Delectable!
We got to the restaurant 15min before they closed and hence decided to get takeaways instead of sitting and eating. The service was friendly and very efficient - all the food was fresh and delicious and was even very hot when we got home - will be back to have a meal there soon.
Always an amazing dining experience at simply Asia and the kyalami restaurant didn't disappoint, great tasting food, and great service. Love it
One of my absolute all time favourites! I noticed this time a sign put up saying your order may take a while to prepare...worth the wait. Take away presentation is immaculate, with no messyness by the time you get home. I have tried a few things on the menu but number 390 is my regular order. Best take away Thai food!
Have to agree with some of the comments here already regarding the claustrophobic waiting area for the take always.
Found myself weaving into the dining area waiting eagerly for my noodles, which were preordered before I arrived.
The store was quite with only 2 customers seated and only two other take away orders to attend to, however the two waiters manning the till still found it quite a challenge to keep up the pace, let alone get the order right. Ordered mild, landed hot!
The food itself can't be faulted, always a winner are those corn cake starters.
Had the phad Thai and wifey a curry. Both were delicious and great value for money. Portion sizes are generous. Also pretty good you can order and pay online now!
The rating is primarily for the food. We were in the neighborhood and popped in for takeaways. The reception area is a bit claustrophobic - there were two other customers waiting to finalise their orders, but we were promptly given menus and asked to take a seat. The ordering process was not as slick as it could be (with hardly any other customers in the restaurant), and we had to remind the waiter that we were still waiting for our change. The food came relatively quickly though - the 614 and 514 with chicken. Both dishes were really tasty. It was our first Simply Asia experience and we'll definitely try them again.
