One of the best locations in terms of food quality. During loadshedding the extraction doesn't work so the shop is full of smoke from cooking which is a serious health hazard for the employees.

I love this place. When sick a Tom yum soup does the healing. Appetisers, my favorite is the mixed starter platter. And for mains, I love the crumb chicken with tamarind sauce. And then there is the sushi... out of this world.

Food was per usual good quality. Slightly disappointed with being served with disposable containers while sitting down, though I'd imagine times are tough at present so I'll let it slide. Staff and service was good.

Ordered 3 items as takeaways, only to come home a few hours later and find out that 2 of the orders were wrong, even though the boxes had the right order written on it. Called and spoke to Wendy, who was really apologetic and offered to give me a complimentary meal, at my convenience, since they didn't have anyone to deliver it to me. Mistakes happen and Wendy dealt with this in a very professional manner.

One of my favorite places to enjoy a great meal. My go-to for takeaways and I am never disappointed with their food and service. Try the green Thai curry with noodles. Delish!

The food is good, the prices are reasonable, but the service is generally not great. The staff are mostly not very friendly, especially when working under pressure, so we prefer takeouts rather than having to spend time there.

Simply Asia Emmarentia is a rip-off and serves the most awful food and they don't seem to care when you complain. This cost R54, see the photo, and when I complained they just shrugged it off and said well that's how it comes. Last night my son had such a dry and revolting tasting chicken dish he couldn't eat it. When he offered to bring it back so that the chef could taste it himself, the person on the phone said, oh we have had a few complaints about that dish, but the chef likes it that way,. REALLY!!! We will report it to head office. Nothing ever gets done for bad service, we will not use them again and quite frankly this store has put us off Simply Asia totally. We will make sure everyone we know also knows about the bad food, small expensive portions and uncaring attitude of the staff and owner. In this day and age when business is tough and there is lots of competition, your reputation is everything.

Despite the bad reviews, as a family we love it. The staff are always very friendly, service is fast (maybe it’s because we avoid busy lunch times) the restaurant is clean and I like being able to see into the kitchen. Obviously it’s a franchise, so it can’t be purist, but their meals have always been good.

Was amazed at how good the service was during lunchtime, took about 10 minutes for order to get ready, ordered the 514 chicken , and was amazed at how good it was, will definitely be coming back for more.

So excited to have a simply Asia on our door step. The service is exceptional and the staff are so helpful and well educated on the product, which really helps when you don't know what you want! Our favorite is the 514 with chicken and we were recently introduced to the 530 which was equally as good! The prawn spring roll starter is a great addition to your order as well!

By far one of my favorite places for my newly acquired taste !!! Really enjoyed the most popular 514 dish on the menu , the only downfall is that it's really pricey just for noodles.

Wonderful food! The food was fresh and very flavourful! I ordered the food over the phone and went to pick it up. I was told it will take half an hour and I ended up waiting for an extra 5 min, but it is understandable, considering my huge order and the great quality of the food! Definitely will be going back!

Tried to phone for take aways at 20:20 on a Monday night only to find out that the kitchen closes at 19:30! This is not what is advertised.

Most disappointing service ive ever experienced. Not only did it take 30 minutes for someone to look at our order and let us know if our food is being prepared or not. But it seemed as though the owners friends, who came at least 10-20 minutes after us got their food first. It is so unprofessional to have such obvious preferential treatment. After waiting 50 minutes for my order, i asked to cancel my order and get my money back. Following this i waited another 5 minutes to get my money back while I could hear the waitress call for my order and to "hurry up" on my order number. Spoke to another staff member to reiterate what i asked for and was finally given my money back. Very disappointing. Hope the management staff can change their biases and business mind set
