Loving the new gym, new equipment 👌🏼 sales lady Wes is a darling 🥰 the only problem I have is the unisex sauna .. other than that just loving the gym 💯
Arguably the best gym in the South of Joburg. It’s a world class gym facility with two swimming pools, 3 studios, excellent cardio equipment, all-inclusive weights section, generous changeroom facilities, sauna, steamroom, Club-V for the kids and, a Kauai eatery. There’s also ample security-controlled parking.
All the equipment is well-maintained, the club is spotless and the staff members are extremely professional.
There are a couple of running groups who use the gym as a start / finish point. They’ll help you tackle the punishing hills of Glenvista and surrounds.
The classes are very popular hence booking is essential.
Has one of the best Club Vmax areas. Therefore I can fully concentrate on my workout knowing my child is fully protected and fully occupied with activities
With the new equipment recently being installed - they've elevated it one step further. It now looks very impressive and up the level of some of the best virgin active gyms

They deserve five stars, the reason for the four stars is because of one cold Instructor named Thamsanqa.
Great place for a quick workout or advanced planned workout. There are trainers available here and biokinetist. The facilities boast a pool, childcare area, Kuai restaurant, big variety of machines for cardio and weight lifting and plenty floor space and equipment for those adventurous with their workouts. There are also a number of group classes for spinning, yoga, pilatez and cardio. Only bad thing is the waiting in long ques at peak times in the afternoon. Covid 19 rules for masks on at all times except when working out aswell as social distancing are followed here.

I went there this morning. Friendly staff and it's kept nice and clean. I feel it's very safe as well. I don't have to worry about my belongings. I did some yoga in the steam room so it has this positive energy, I just feel free and open when I'm there. It's a good place to just open my mind up to all the possibilities when it comes to physical and mental health.
Best gym ever, I was there December 2020 till August 2022.
I loved the gym, but I decided to leave and go back to my old gym cause of the boxing ring. But when I can afford two gyms. I will be back at Virgin. They very professional.

They could warm up the pool since it is winter and clean those pools that shouldn't be hard
Good gym with enough equipment. Has a big swimming pool and a separate kids pool. Steam room and a separate sauna. Clean change rooms,showers and toilets.
