Drive thru queue was long so opted to go inside and place order Fairly busy Love the McCafe menu Will def give it a shot next visit Food was well prepared Fries as usual is the rubbery stuff Foldovers were delicious
Not placed in the greatest area but when you stuck in traffic and you finally make your way through this side of town from jhb it's right there for something ice cold and a quick snack. It's right by the China mall so the food is fresh as it's relatively busy. Weekends it's a bit quieter.

Been going here for years never had an issue of any sort, the one mac Donald's that never had a problem with the ice cream machine drive thru is quick 90% of the time other times there is a 2 min delay but nothing to kick up a fuss about
I had a brief visit to McDonald's Bruma. I think it must be the most relaxed and chilled McD's I've ever visited. Also very professional. Perhaps this could be because I visited during the week and it was not so busy.
But what I mean is, compared to other McDonald's around South Africa, they are usually very busy with a hustle and bustle because McD's is a popular restaurant and very affordable. So it makes sense why it would be so busy. But this one was, also relatively busy, but it did not have that noise and distraction that comes from most fast food restaurants. I like the music they played and I also liked the interior design of the restaurant.
Only downside? There were flies flying around, so I had to wave them away from me and my table.
Great experience, Food remains up to Macdonalds standards.We enjoy it very much .Food was quick on delivery ,place neat and tidy.Aircon needs to be checked. Staff were dealing with quite warm temperature conditions.Im loving it.
Service always a 10/10. Food well prepared, no boerie hash brown like theirs. Always recommend. Buntu is my go to, always professional and friendly. Happy client over here!!!

I love MC Donald Bruma to go in side however if u order on line Mr delivery guys only bring half and said will be back and u don't see them again 🙏
Only got milkshakes but service was quick and friendly and shakes were perfectly adequate
McDonald is always on point friendly staff and always reminding me to check my APP for daily specials

Had very hot and well brewed coffee. The place is very stunning and social distancing is practiced to the T. It's worth a visit.

Mc Donald's bruma costomer service is poor thy only concentrate on the drive thru,even when you try to let them know they are ignoring our cry...
Clean, friendly staff technological advance inside (AI), there's self service stations where you punch in your order, swipe your card and wait for food (in a space of 2minutes and no human interaction excerpt for when you get your order). There's assistance on how to use these self service stations. Great experience.
Awesome service, clean great staff. Very comfy.
Was charged extra for a cheeseburger but the manager happily sorted matter out. Kid's meals are now R50. Chips were hot and fresh.
Yaah restaurants can do eggs but i never tasted eggs like the ones at McDonald Bruma lake, i ate good breakfast there it was traditional breakfast it's was so wonderful and the cappuccino was made with lots of luv. The waitress was so professional we even thanked her
