I had a brief visit to McDonald's Bruma. I think it must be the most relaxed and chilled McD's I've ever visited. Also very professional. Perhaps this could be because I visited during the week and it was not so busy.
But what I mean is, compared to other McDonald's around South Africa, they are usually very busy with a hustle and bustle because McD's is a popular restaurant and very affordable. So it makes sense why it would be so busy. But this one was, also relatively busy, but it did not have that noise and distraction that comes from most fast food restaurants. I like the music they played and I also liked the interior design of the restaurant.
Only downside? There were flies flying around, so I had to wave them away from me and my table.

Great experience, Food remains up to Macdonalds standards.We enjoy it very much .Food was quick on delivery ,place neat and tidy.Aircon needs to be checked. Staff were dealing with quite warm temperature conditions.Im loving it.

Clean, friendly staff technological advance inside (AI), there's self service stations where you punch in your order, swipe your card and wait for food (in a space of 2minutes and no human interaction excerpt for when you get your order). There's assistance on how to use these self service stations. Great experience.

Was charged extra for a cheeseburger but the manager happily sorted matter out. Kid's meals are now R50. Chips were hot and fresh.

Yaah restaurants can do eggs but i never tasted eggs like the ones at McDonald Bruma lake, i ate good breakfast there it was traditional breakfast it's was so wonderful and the cappuccino was made with lots of luv. The waitress was so professional we even thanked her

Terrible service at this Mac Donalds, I would highly not recommend this place. I wanted to use my Mac Donald's app(that clearly states it redeemable at any Mac Donald). When I wanted to use the app and order a meal I was refused and told that they will not take my order between the 25th to the 9th of each month as they are far to busy. This is not the customer service I expected from this Mac Donalds.

Pretty cool for a McD's. I used to habitually pop in for a warm vanilla chai from their McCafe. It's pretty sweet so it hits all the right spots. Their chips are also good and fresh.

The lines at this mcdonalds is very long at night which makes getting something as simple as a Mcflurry very long. With their new release of the chocolate, caramel and strawberry I assure you you will be in heaven. Their McCaffe comes with a beautiful place to sit and enjoy a lovely cup of coffee with soft couches

We live close to this McDonald's outlet so believe when I say I'd rather drive to Woodmead then to have another dreaded experience with this outlet. Firstly I got a melted, watery Mcflurry the other day with the usual oreo just thrown on top. When I sent it back, the waitress was not to keen on making another one nor apologising! Secondly they always get my order wrong, I have to repeat my orders these days and ask them to say it back just make sure they heard what I ask for! Thirdly I went there this morning at 5 am, got the most oily brown onion rings in my boerie MC ' double, three broken rings, two dry patties and tons of tomato sauce :( . . . The service is just as bad! I wont be coming back!<br/>Look at that oil from the burger. . Sies!

Not placed in the greatest area but when you stuck in traffic and you finally make your way through this side of town from jhb it's right there for something ice cold and a quick snack. It's right by the China mall so the food is fresh as it's relatively busy. Weekends it's a bit quieter.

Service is fast, food is good for what you pay for. I just need to say this though. I am so tired of this franchise not beg able to mix in the Oreos in the Oreo McFlurry. What happened?! Did they get too lazy to keep the cup at the mixer for 2 extra seconds. This is a problem for me because when the end user gets it, it's too full to mix yourself. C'mon guys- give it a stir!

I was in the neighbourhood going to the Portuguese Consulate and after a long day of completing documentation and speaking in my mother tongue I had to quenche my thirst with a coke zero and a burger. The drive through was the most convenient way of gettig my meap the fastest. I dont thing that the MacDonalds burger us that bad, the patty itself is actually quiet good .. that bread juat gets to me but hey it is my personal opinion.
