The staff was super friendly and the meals did not take that long to come out.
The ribs were large enough to feed 3 people, the large chicken was perfectly cooked and very savoury.
The straws are safe for the environment however are completely useless.

To whom it may concernThere is a lady by the name of Teffo who works there, she is stealing burgers and giving to the police guys. My sister works there so I know this for a fact. She gets a lift everyday by certain police men, one of them is her boyfriend so she is stealing for a long time now. All the police get free burgers.This kind of behaviour is unacceptable. Corruption is too high in this country, it needs to stop.

Being a bit fragile on a Friday night I was not in the mood to cook at all so ordered some take aways for delivery and had the most pleasant experience ordering on the phone I have ever had! The guy I spoke to was super polite and it was an absolutely pleasure speaking to him. Proper awesome service guys, keep it up! 😊

Great service! <br/><br/>The staff is always helpful and friendly even 10 minutes from closing time. <br/><br/>I have rarely had to wait received my order for more than 15 minutes, and that is with delivery!<br/><br/>The best service I have received from any Steers up to now!

Takeaway is straightforward. What you see is what you get. Came for King Steer burgers and that's what we got. BUT the staff here really need to get it together. The service is very poor. Sure it's a take away spot but losing customers is not a good strategy.

I'm here for Steers and their guilty pleasure food. I ordered a quick work lunch, the get real chicken burger which was filling without exhausting be for the rest of the work day.<br/><br/>I look forward to eating my way through this Norwood neighborhood.

Went to Steers tonight and had a horrific experience. First of all the service was bad and then I found a hair in my milkshake as well as snot which was horrible. Very unsettling 😨

After ordering a King Steer Burger Meal for home delivery, I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived more than five minutes early.<br/><br/>The service is a whole lot better than at most other fast food outlets competing with Steers (McDonald's, I'm looking at you!). The lady who took my call had no problems with my order (though she wasn't very polite) and the man who delivered my order was quite nice though could also do with a bit more politeness.<br/><br/>The outlet itself is empty most of the time, which seems to indicate that they make all their money from takeaways and home deliveries. Based on today's experience, I would agree with their marketing model and implore you to use their home delivery service before even thinking about alternative options.<br/><br/>Kudos to Steers for a great experience!

The shop is in a bit of a dodgey part of Grant Avenue and the building is slightly run down. <br/>It is a very small and rarely busy but the soft serve ice creams are a South African classic - the caramel dipped vanilla is my favorite and definitely worth the walk from my office.

The staff at this Steers branch are definitely not on the ball however I do keep returning for one item on the menu which I treat myself to every so often and that is the soft serve ice cream! It’s creamy and delicious! They are also quite generous with the caramel dip when you get the soft serve ice cream in a cup. I recently decided to add a flake to my ice cream but it was refrigerated and did not crumble into the ice cream as I had hope that it would.
