Different Nandos setup in a very good way. It features a unique tunnel drive through with african art to admire. Inside is very spacious and clean with some additional african art decor to admire. Outside the shape of this particular Nandos remind me of the design of the fnb soccer city stadium at night. . the Very friendly and courteous security / door man is doing a Great job and superb ambassador.

On Saturday 11th I went to buy early in the morning time 10:08 I was the first customer. I met a lady on the till and she gave me good service with big smile and respect. My mistake I didn't see or asked her name coz I was going to mantion her name. I Respect her and she must keep up the good work.The man of the lady is Princess she deserve 🏆🏆🏆 of the year. Coz I went again on Sunday I aske her name.

Cannot order directly from the branch I’m collecting from.<br/>Cannot order crispy chips.<br/>Chips are awful!<br/>You regularly run out of churros.<br/>Call center is useless. They messed up my order.<br/>Decentralized call center thing you use now is a pain!<br/>When I phone the call center number it’s almost 30 seconds before I can even start placing an order.<br/>Go back to basics where we can actually speak to people and not machines.<br/>Because of all of the above I’m now going to Chicken Licken! <br/>

By far the worst Nandos of all!<br/><br/>I ordered the wings and they were burnt! Like charcoal black burnt!<br/><br/>I given them a second chance and ask please don’t burn the wings and please add extra sauce because your wing are always dry....I get home, dry burnt wings! <br/><br/>Never going back there again. I’d rather park my car and order at Nandos Douglasdale

I luv a Nando’s drive thru. I’m a convenience person and in my mind Nando’s is a healthy take away option ;-) <br/>They have a half chicken & chips on special...I had that hot with extra sauce 🔥

We went to a drive through because we thought it would be quicker than going into the restaurant but it took way longer and the staff brushed off our frustrations without any explanation as to what the delay was. Poorest service

This afternoon, the staff felt like Peri peri chicken and opted for Nandos. Because the specific Nandos I went to is always busy, I had to wait in the queue to be served. Ordered quite a selection of products ranging from very hot to lemon and herb. My personal favourite is Mozam Paprika. Love the flavour!

We stopped here one evening with a hungry family including my Mum and Dad. They messed our order and a few other patrons orders up completely. Seemed like everybody was complaining at them that night. The food too was very disappointing. Called costumer services the next week....won't go back!
