Honestly not the biggest fan of the franchise due to many past average/poor experiences. However thought I'd give this one a shot on the newly revamped Cambridge crossing.

The menu has changed multiple times over the past few years so there's a vast number of options and substitutions.

I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. Service was great - friendly and efficient. And the food was well prepared and tasted good.

Popped in for a quick coffee and a meeting. Service was consistently efficient and friendly, and our food delivered in record time.

We both ordered toasted cheese sandwiches, mine with a salad and my dining partner with sweet potato chips that were delicious.

Coffee's were piping hot - and although an uneventful dining visit, I would certainly recommend it for anyone looking for the usual Mugg & Bean sustenance.

Really like this place for a quick coffee the staff are friendly and the manager is very helpful.

There is eating inside and outside.

The Outside seating is under a lovely awning and very breezy

this branch is quite busy. the manager is attentive and visible.

Absolutely exceptional service, hospitality, atmosphere and food quality. I've been eating here on average of least twice a week for the last 5 years and I've always been impressed and left happy. They've never put a foot wrong.

I often conducted work brunches or lunch meetings at this venue and it has always been a pleasant experience. The owners are always there personally looking after patrons, which is a nice touch and the food portions are generally generous which is important to a guy like me. Keep up the good work!!!

This branch of Mug and Bean is so well run and the owners are always on site checking in with clientele and making sure everything is ok. Heather has personally remade flapjacks that was off from the first batch. They are friendly and warm and the food has always been great here.

I have been here many times but none of the orders disappoint, their Cobb Salad is the best in the country. Their service is great and their food are well prepared and fresh. Great restaurant!!

The best Mugg & Bean I have been to. I go here very regularly - and have not once been disappointed. Food is always well presented and delicious, and the staff here are great, with the nicest married couple managing the restaurant. Definite Thumbs us to going here! :)

Best Mugg&Bean in the county (I've been to a lot)!! We're there often especially for Sunday breakfast, whether we sit in or take is as take-away.
Food standards are high and the owners and staff give you such a personal experience. Wherever I go, even more pricey places, no breakfast makes me feel as good.

Definitely the best Mugg & bean I have been to. The service is fantastic, the owner's almost make you feel like a personal guest. The food has never disappointed me, it's always fresh and the presentation is spot on. The restaurant is always clean and welcoming. Especially love the mobile office set up. An all round winner. Keep it up guys!
