No no no RoccoMamas. This is not how it is done. Ordered 500g ribs. Definitely not 500g on my plate. Normally struggle to get through the portion with chips. Tonight swept ribs and chips and left hungry. I did query the portion on arrival and was told "Well that's our 500g portion" not even a challenge to show me on a scale.
Then gave me the wrong bill.

The service of RoccoMamas The Glen is so poor, the ribs were so dry and burnt and the waitress was very slow she looked very tired....i wouldn't recommend The Glen RoccoMamas to anyone�I'll rather go buy ribs at spur next time

Very bad service, waited so for our food while the waiters were busy chatting and laughing and busy with their phones. The food was too salty and the milkshake was horrible. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The waiter was so slow and he was servicing the table next to us, yet we came and order drinks before them. When he brought our drinks my cappuccino was cold. The fries were worse they also cold we couldn't even eat them. Now this one finished me, for some reason I looked at our bill carefully for the first time in my life and boom they charged me for two cappuccinos and I only had one. When I asked the waiter he just said sorry. Shame I will never go to your restaurant, if I crave your food I will drive to Carnival they are very busy and you still get better service

I went to Rocco Mammas at the Glen on Saturday. I must say that it is a rip off. I ordered halve rack of ribs and the ribs was the size of my palm and it cost R120. My first and last time ever as it does not even come with side dishes. You have to pay extra for any sides. The ribs was nothing special even and to pay that much and still actually leave hungry...I will settle for Spur or Steers next time!!

Me and my sister went for her birthday celebration, I ordered a double burger and my sistet ordered wings, I never finish a combo of burger and chips but my plate was clean by the time I left, my sister's wings were also amazing and we could not get enough of the blue cheese sauce.

I went there twice & on both occassions waited a very long time to get a table & extra long for someone to take our order & to get the food. On the second visit my daughter ordered a bubblegum milkshake & the waitress brought a strawberry milkshake, when I told here about it she insisted (& with attitude) that that's their bubblegum milkshake. The burgers are delucious, but not worth going through all that.

The food was too delicious really enjoyed it. Manager always checking on us with waitress great customer care. Though the place ain't to clean even saw coach roaches. Just a suggestion was at the corner table by the bathrooms waiter's kept going there too make a noise that was abit unprofessional but all in all great food thanks

In comparison to the other ones around Alberton and joburg south, Roccamommas the glen is a propter poopshoot. As we got seated I told the waiter we only want the desert menu. He said he will be back, after a few mins I walked in and once again asked for the desert menu, he said they didn’t have one but we can order waffles, I said then bring the thing so we can see what waffles we want, went back to my table and 5mins later I went looking for the waiter once again, but this time it was to tell him that we are leaving
