Good customer care. Charging points for phones and PCs. Nice environment for working while enjoying your order. Staff service very excellent. Staff even helped me to choose the best location for ubber.
I definitely enjoyed my Mc'flavour fries🍟 and my Mcfeast burger🍔 It was my first time going to McDonald's at Eastgate and it was amazing. I don't know, I enjoyed the service, plus Eastgate not only offers a wide variety of eateries to choose from , but you can have your meal at the food court. No worries in where you are going to have your meal at. It's just a little different from the McDonald's I'm used to. You know, the ones with the self-service machines. It definitely was the best because the service is fast and the food is really good. Trust me when I say that McDonald's can have the same thing but it doesn't take the same everywhere. Keep it up McDonald's Eastgate and your staff. 👍🏽
All things in consideration. The new order using Touchscreen POS tech is good and efficient. You pay and do everything yourself, then go with your ticket to the counter. Much more mainstream and seamless. The atmosphere is busy and good for a quick lunch& go or meetup
