Very pleased with my experience on the 27 July 2023. My waiter was Lee who was the exact type of person you'd want serving you as his attitude and personality was professional. The management there were great and very pleasant, I was pleased with their approach and the way each one carried themselves.
All and all, it was worth and and them currently there are a great grab for the restaurant.

Like the new menu options. Highly recommend the prawn starter. Four Cousins Sangria is refreshing. Peppermint Crisp tart was delicious. Tiramisu a disappointment, had a frank taste, not sure if the cream was sour. Overall a gr8 place to eat!
Not bad, we went there super hungry after work on Saturday. It was packed but we got in. We got very good service from Owen who's still in training and Sibusiso our waiter for the day. Keep it up guys. There was three of us and we shared the pizza and pasta, really filling.
Great service and friendly staff. Close to entrance so very easy to locate. Alfredo pasta was delicious but very oily
Great food however when compared to other restaurants their servings are small, their coffees to their pizza... all small. They need to work on size, because it does matter

The food and service quality is on par with the level expected from Panarottis.
But some waiters still have to know more about the benefits of Spur cards. More than once have I experienced them being unsure if children would get free drinks with their meals. The nice thing though is that they would find out from their supervisors and then give you that benefit.
