Food was good, depending on what you order, we ordered lasagna, the wait was long, pizza seems to be quick. Open plan kitchen works against them as staff are shouting to one another, even when standing next to one another, makes the noise in the restaurant very loud. Oh man i can't have enough of this pizza, come one come all have a seat or take it away its up to you. Good service and waiters that will take good care of you untill your belly is nice and full.

I do believe Mimmos offers some of the best value in eating out in the country & the food here was no different. Good food but they lose a star for slow service despite the restaurant being nearly empty when I was there.

Once again after a long time we have Mimmo’s a try. We had the same disappointing burnt bitter base. All 3 pizza’s were wrong. We ordered 2 medium margherita’s plus avo plus mushroom and one medium Margherita plus olives plus mushrooms. We got large Margherita just mushrooms. One medium Margherita. One Margherita plus mushrooms and brown avo. Need I say more. We will never be back.

Horrible place, went for the morning buffet and there was not enough food on the table and the food that was there is absolutely disgusting, the plates have spots on them and there is no cutlery. The chefs HAIR was in our food. Would not recommend to anyone

We ordered pasta for dinner. The pasta was good- I was a bit disappointed that the food was not as good as it normally is. I ordered the Marianna's- the dish was a bit dry. There was not much of the other listed ingredients in the pasta. It was not at all bad, just not as good as what I've had in the past.

Yip tend to agree Mexicana had way to much garlic on my Wife wouldn't come near me for a day and a half she actually band me from ever ordering that pizza again just a pizza nothing special at least it's better than debonair s cardboard pizza at commaro up the road

The Pizzas are very average here. I find the Mexicana pizza has way too much garlic on the pizza. The four cheese pizza was extremely bland, it needed some salt, spices... Anything! Something!

This Mimmos is always busy and it's almost impossible to get a seat around lunch time during the weekend. That being said I wasn't really blown away with the food. It was pizza, nothing great, nothing special. Our waiter had to be reminded more than once that we had re-ordered drinks. If you're looking for pizza at a decent price rather go to Panarotti's.

This Mimmos used to be one of our favourite places to get take out, but in the recent months it's really gone down. The pizza bases are always undercooked! I will phone and stress the importance of our pizza bases being thin, cooked well and preferably crispy, and I swear, every time I'm so disappointed. The other evening we ordered the Monday pasta special, 2 pastas for R99. The Mexicana pasta was honestly the worst tasting pasta I've ever eaten. It was so bland, and the pasta was so over cooked!!! The other pasta, can't remember which it was, was okay, not bad, but also not amazing!<br/>On a whole, I'm really saddened to say that we probably won't be having Mimmos anytime soon!!!
