Absolutely love this place! Always a good vibe, beautiful furniture and great service. The food is absolutely amazing. I am on a special diet and our waitress listened carefully and even put my diet food in a beautiful bowl so that I can eat with my family. I really appreciate the effort.

I never review a restaurant on a single visit, because I know things go wrong and I want to ensure a balanced view. This is one such a case.
My 3rd visit confirmed that the food stays amazing. Jackson’s really specialize in healthy foods and the menu reflects that.
Today I opted for a beef burger and fries. The “other” option 😀.
Our server was obviously new ( paper name tag) because coffee was cold ( after a 20 minute wait, I assumed she forgot to check regularly), and when she brought the second round of coffee she insisted on shoving the cups under our elbows even though there was ample space on the table. Maybe some additional training would help her.
But Jackson’s remains an awesome experience, I highly recommend it. Their varied cakes and desserts are top notch.

Love the food selection and all the healthy products that are constantly being added to the shelves. The store is laid out so well, easy to find items and to see where is what. I tried the eatery last week and had a simple cheese sandwich but it was lovely. I will definitely try something a bit more exiting next time. The amount of vegetarian varieties is also amazing! Thank you for taking all people into account with your product offerings. Love those Vegetable wraps.

Jackson’s is great! I really enjoy the variety of foods and products on offer. Their café is also really good and their sandwiches are a must. Their portions could be a bit bigger but for the most part, what they offer is great and comes at a reasonable price. The decor and ambience is well balanced and the café is also suitable for business meetings - it is an appropriate setting for business meetings.

Tried this place for lunch and our main attraction was the view from the restaurant. The staff are friendly and the food options offered are healthy. I felt that the juice and smoothie sizes were quite small for the price though. The burgers and fries were delicious and you could taste that the meat was not pumped full of preservatives and strange chemicals. The meal portion sizes definitely made up for the small beverages.

Food and vibe is very nice. A good place to have brunch or to have coffee with friends but can be a little pricey, I won't lie. Smoothies and milkshakes are very nice here. Depending on which product, some of the health foods are actually cheaper here. Vegans love this place. Staff is friendly.

I am all in for supporting local produce farmers and knowing where your food comes from. When I was a child, my mother only bought our fruits and veggies from local farmers (when they still existed within our communities) and I recall how cleaning off the dirt was turned into a game and less of a chore by turning it a competitive sport. The simpler times of the 80's. Back then it was also far more economical to buy from farm to table, while it is far more expensive now, that going to Woolies or Checkers. I'm certain that the reason is, they are getting paid a very good price for very good produce. Well that is the hope. Much of what you can find at Jackson's is very good indeed. If you're after the 'Whole/Real Food' experience, Jackson's does it in great style and sometimes with good value for money. Sit down for a coffee and enjoy a birds eye view of the hustle and bustle below.
