From my person experience with this store and other debonairs shops, this quality of pizza is high in this store. Only disadvantages is the delivery is long and poor sometimes service is poor. But really good quality pizza in comparison to other stores

I have ordered from Debonairs in the zone several times. They ALWAYS take at least an hour to deliver. When I call to find out where my food is, they lie and say that it's been collected. The driver has confirmed that this wasn't the case. Beyond this, they pretty much always ignore my instructions to remove toppings. This means that I can't even eat the pizza that I've waited an hour for because of an allergy.<br/>This is the worst branch.

Food is great, but service is pathetic. I have ordered a chicken pizza with my ke Dezember Box and I got a beef pizza, with a choice of drinks to choose from which is a 1.5 ltr bottle. I have never eaten beef in my life till I ate your beef pizza which I had not even ordered. I am grtaeful that I had not been diagnosed with food poisoning.Today, my colleague had ordered the same, over the phone she was told that there are no flavour options for the drink and that there is only coke. When the order came through, the coke came in a 1 ltr size, however on the website it shows that we get a 1.5 ltr drink. Debonairs was never this disappointing. I grew up to their amazing food and service. WHAT HAPPENED DEBONAIRS??? ARE YOU NO LONGER HAPPY TO SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS? ARE YOU JUST DOING THIS TO MAKE THE MONEY AND NOT SATSIFY US??????

Ordered online at 8:30 (closing time is stated at 9) and a confirmation email was sent to notify us that the order was taken and accepted by the store. The store then only phoned at 9:15 to say that they are closed and cannot make the order anymore????? Could have ordered from somewhere else, but now most places are closed too. Horrible service and from the other reviews it doesn't seem like much effort is being made to fix the ongoing laziness and service issues.

Absolutely disgusting service, ordered a Hawaiian pizza and it arrives with no pineapple which they don't bother to tell you when you place your order. Shocking service!!!

Ordered from debonairs@the Zone which is practically down the road from my work place and it took them more than 2 hours to deliver ,pizza was not prepared well, and phone operators were not helpful at all.<br/>I would not recommend this place as the price paid is too high for sloppy pizza

Actually absolutely disgusted at this branch. Someone ordered pizza for a few people at the office today and it's been the worst experience. Ordering from Debonairs wouldn't exactly be my first choice because I feel like they charge way too much for below-average pizza. The pizzas arrived extremely late and the one pizza had BLACK pieces of avocado on it. They also forgot the cold drink so the driver had to go back. We called the branch to complain and they told us that they have been having problems with the avos in hot boxes (whatever that means). We then asked for a replacement without avo. The driver came back 30 minutes later with the cold drink and no pizza. We then called back again and they told us that they had no drivers available. An hour and a half later and we have still not received the pizza (which we have already paid for). Terrible pizza and terrible service.

Dec 20 lunch: Ordered the veg pizza, chicken pizza and the pop-itz chutney. The pizzas are standard and tasted good and crisp. However, the pop-itz chutney could have been better. There was more of the dough and less of the chutney.

Very disappointed time and time again with sloppy pizzas, made without care, using average produce and totally overpriced. Do yourself a favor and avoid this franchise!
