Had an unfortunate incident with a very rude customer who decided her entitlement would supersede everyone else's shopping experience . Well unfortunately for her, I asked the manager for assistance and it was dealt with swiftly. The fact that other customers came to me and said thank you, well done
Nice store but the manager needs to be hands on, need to retain and get new clients not loose them

Absolutely love this woolies! They have a cafe and open at 8am which is so convenient for before work coffee runs! Their food is delish and service is quick and friendly! I’m obsessed with their coffee frappe 😱

I usually have a great experience with the store especially the cashiers and the people who work there. But today I took the viennnas that were supposed to be recalled and the store manager (who is unfriendly and never really interacts with customers) refused to take them. As they were not in origin
Clean, inspiring store with great managers and staff. Never ever disappointed. My go to place for food inspiration and weekly shop. Kedibone is the greatest manager and a great problem solver

Don't think I need to say much, it is a well stocked store with great staff that are always willing to help you find that one item.
