Recently visited Nando's Southgate Value Mart and was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I stepped in, the service was top-notch – attentive, prompt, and genuinely friendly. What really struck me was the sheer size of the place; it's the biggest Nando's I've seen, offering a spacious and welcoming atmosphere.
The menu was a delight for the taste buds – each meal I tried was flavorsome and cooked to perfection. As someone who appreciates inclusivity, I was pleased to see that they have a ramp for wheelchair accessibility, ensuring everyone can enjoy their dining experience without hassle.
A big plus for me is their mindful approach to catering to diverse dietary needs. They offer a range of vegetarian options, which is great to see in a restaurant famed for its chicken dishes. Additionally, the availability of non-alcoholic beverages adds to the inclusive vibe, catering to all preferences.
The location is easily accessible, and the bonus of free, secure parking takes the stress out of the visit. This Nando's branch really stands out for its comprehensive approach to customer satisfaction and inclusivity. Very busy store. Staff cannot keep up with serving and cleaning the tables. Food was good
I ordered the platter for R350 it was quite smaller than I expected but overall great service.
Took my family for a late eat out dinner after 8pm and we enjoyed the service and atmosphere.
The service was very nice and helpful, the food(especially the chicken) was very tasty, place also ok!
I had my birthday celebration the staff was wonderful.. Food was excellent... Kamo was our waiter..... Supper wonderful
I enjoyed my first day- but when I went back for the second time I experienced the worst service ever. I had to attend work meetings while I was there and the music was sooooo loud, I'm sure they even thought I was at some party. I don't mind music in restaurants, but be considerate- not everyone is a fan of loud music.
The atmosphere is super. Quiet, clean, no noise - area divided seatings. The choice is yours. Friendly staff - after ordering, the waitress follows u with your food and serve. It was fun. Keep up the spirit Nando's my second home.
Good eating joint . If you do take away PLEASE check you stuff before leaving the joint . On 3 occasions I've walk away with wrong meal . Yesterday night was the latest.
SO CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING.
Otherwise it's a great place , kiddies friendly and very chilled place to be .
Had an original vergie bowl.. And was amazing.... Staff behind the counter were very friendly including the lovely lady who was calling out orders ensured that I had the correct order...
