Excellent hangout spot. Very clean bathroom and it smells fresh with a very nice hand lotion. The food is great and value for money. Their meat is fresh and well seasoned. Their angel fish was cooked well. They play nice music too.
The food presentation is aesthetically pleasing. The meat and fish are succulent and delectable respectively. The side starch (choice of pap or rolls) and salads (chakalaka, mushroom creamed spinash) complement the platters well. They have a wide variety of whiskies, spirits, cocktails and beers which are competitively well priced. Plus they have happy hour every day between 17:00-19:00!
Its located on the quiet side of Johannesburg and yet still get the authentic feel of the Joburg rush, which gives this place a nice relaxing environment. Of course I also received a good service from the wait. Next time I'm trying out their food.
This place has an excellent vibe. It's a jump. The food is great. Me and my friends ate until we were tired, we were even given takeaways. The service is also great.
