Cozy little Nandos... Good food, great service.... Decor makes it the ideal preference.... Enjoyed the meal!

Quick friendly service. Order took about 10min. Sit down meal were available but i chose take out instead

This NANDO'S IS THE BEST NANDO'S IN THE SOUTH the staff are so friendly and helpful the food omg is absolutely amazing i have ate at many NANDO'S but this one stands out with the food and there serves thank u 2 all the stuff 😍

Popular, Efficient and Friendly Staff. Nandos Panorama remains a popular affordable dining restaurant. This however has not deterred them from delivering prompt and efficient service to all patrons who walk through their doors. The staff are always friendly ones upon arrival and take your order with attentive care so as to not disappoint upon delivery. They claim that every order - upon payment- should take 8 to 10 minutes and to some degree this is true. If they aren't too busy you'll surely get it with that said time but it's the opposite when they are inundated with orders - resulting in 12 - 15 minutes waiting time, which isn't bad at all. They hardly ever put their foot wrong with ones order, although they could improve on their "call and collect" service. There's been instances where I had to wait for my order even after arriving 10 minutes later than what they had said my order would be ready. All in all, I'm personally always pleased with the service of everyone at Nandos Panorama.

A great store with very friendly staff and their food is brilliant. It's become my favourite go to take away.

My experience there was so excellent, the staff was so friendly and helpful also patient with me, the food is also amazingly nice i pass all the nandos around me to go nandos,, love the lady by the of Sadi amazing personality even over the phone, she does sertisfy my peri craving

Food is always good and the staff are ultra friendly. Just the sauces flavour are not consistent. One day mild is mild the next day mild is extra hot.

The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The food, despite it being month end, was well prepared and presented. Well done Nandos Panorama Centre you are fantastic and your staff are amazing!

My chicken was grilled from raw, not par cooked like some places. I would have preferred it, if the basting was slightly grilled at the final stage of cooking rather than just poured over my chicken like a sauce.

I went to pick n pay today to find out they do not have beef patties and have not recieved spices from their head office for a good couple of weeks. Was not pleased.

Great little shopping complex should improve the bathrooms state and locate them more conveniently.Awesome parking attendants they are vigilant,friendly and helpful always!

So my whole family supports this shopping centre and we got there all the time! In the last year my dad has visited the centre after work to get a few things and we know the crime in South Africa so we take extra precautions to secure our valeuables so the first incident where my dads laptop got stolen out of his car while after checking the camera footage the car guard and security guard are standing a few meters away nothing got done.... the second incident another laptop got stolen out of his car AGAIN security and car guards were right there even shop owners!!! This is ridiculous and when speaking to car guards they actually made a point of saying "Another laptop" so clearly you guys are aware of this problem... why is nothing being done about it? Why arent the guards both car and security doing their jobs????? Then they expect us to give them money as well for letting someone steal from our cars??

Good food and the best deal I have seen in so long ... to arrive to the nandos and recive service that takes 5 minutes before they get to the order.<br/> <br/><br/>I waited and waited every time I took a picture of the bloody menu with all the boredom In the world.<br/><br/>Nandos needs to know that your staff at this branch are stealing from you'll.Firstly they make orders that cost 50 and take 100 from their client and say the customer is playing with 200 and they give the receipt like it's all normal honestly I've never seen such deceptive tactics against a company from staff ever in my life to steal from the place that can provide you with a job to make money in order to sustain the livelihood of their families to disrespect the company... with a manager with a Name Nkosi and his staff losing my slip only a few seconds after they <br/><br/>This is the excuse i got given and I'm bloody pissed off now the most <br/> <br/>The people at nandos processed to do my order then the staff got distracted burnt the chips and then the lady in charge says she forgot the order completely and only once I returned into the store after buying cola from picknpay and waiting in another shitty line then only did they even begin to proceed making the order which I had placed 25 minutes already at 14:32 which now is 14:57 and I just want to return home at this point of the time I was so tempted to ask for a refund and my dad is busy sending @messages saying he needs the bathroom and I have to wait for someone whoI had placed an order with so long ago already... <br/><br/>The best part is all I want to do is show my order receipt to my receiver or revenue and the ladies workin in the store lose it all looking at one another when I proceed to ask for it and they all can't give 2 shits about a customer whose waited over 50 minutes already to get the bloody food just to lose the receipt and when I started to try explain to nandos manager Nkosi he didn't really care about anything I had to say he kept trying to just get me to leave the store and then just allowed the fact that my receipt had been lost by both the ladies ... <br/><br/>And the worst part is I'm being honest with the manger and I tell him I gosh darn it waited over an hour for food and you won't compensate me for any of my time and he looks at me and asks what does that word mean... so please can I ask how do you guys pick a manager who cannot even know the definition of compensate...<br/> <br/> <br/> With a heavy heart I need to expose the bull shit that I witnessed at a branch I expected to be so prestigious. <br/><br/>STAFF all out of positions making themselfs at home eating food straight off the grill and then taking the left over pieces and placing them while sucking down on the chicken.then when the oil was done with the chips all the staff began eating none Paying yet I'm expected to pay for my meals at nandos bloody he'll I should go work there free food is that what nandos gives now to staffs ???<br/><br/>But in fairness the food not so bad the chips are perfect the chicken was over done and burnt and the salad was healthy it is a good meal but the effort and time wasted for me to get such was not worth after coming from a funeral to getting treated like a child I find that shameful especially how staff can treat their place of work <br/>

As I have said in my past reviews, all I ask for when it comes to Nandos is EXTRA SAUCE. Shout out to the least stingy of all Nandos chains... This Nandos is so gracious and giving with their extra sauce. And for this u get 4.5
