Would love to give this place a 5 star review but we missed this due to ill preparedness for a peak day such as valentines day.
The atmosphere, food and service were great however there was an average wait of 45mins between courses and we were served a frozen pudding.
Please ensure availability of extra staff on peak traffic days such as valentines and that last star will be a sure thing.

Del Fornos is always a good choice when eating out, they have a great selection of food, and the Bedfordview Del Fornos has an amazing staff compliment, very friendly and welcoming, and gave us great service.

Lovely restaurant. Food tasted good (Breakfast) but took a little long to arrive even though they were quite empty.

This afternoon my kids wanted woollies ice cream, so I check on line ..Woolworths closes at 6.00pm , so I rushed over reaching eastgate at 5.00 pm and Guess what..Woolworths decided to close their doors. With their mediocre explanation of but "mam the tellers have all cashed up"
Soon much for having my favorite "go to store" kick me in the teeth �
eastgate management...somebody needs to be fined!!
For not sticking to advertised trading times especially with Woolworths being an anchor tenant.

My daughter and I went to Legit this afternoon arriving just before six as she urgently needed a jumpsuit that she had seen online. She forgot her phone in the change room and remembered minutes later when we were in Mr Price at this point I called the phone and it was off. Upon returning to the closed store the staff inside ignored her at the door for over 20 minutes and finally seeing that she would not leave checked the change room for her as she was not allowed in. As expected they returned empty handed. We were the last customers in the store. Disappointed is an understatement.

I live in the area, but try to avoid visit the place as much as I can.I got my handbag stolen at Mr Price in there when I was heavily pregnant.I still have phobia going there.Please keep your belonging closely with you when you are there.There are too many criminals there, especially at the month end.

It's official, this will be the last time I come to Eastgate
I have been using the mall for many years now. In fact, this has always been my preferred mall.
I don't drive and that's why we have the convenience of Uber and of choice. For months absolutely nothing has been done that actually makes an impact on the safety and wellness of it's shoppers that use the Uber service.
Going to this mall has become a painful and stressful experience. Often dodging and ducking behind cars, in fear that a Maxi taxi driver will spot you. It's experience I don't have to endure (and many others are following suit), not when there's many other uber friendly malls around

I am very disgusted in the service this morning. It was 5am and none of the gates were open in order to get inside to go to the gym. Security guards just stand around and do not even bother to assist.
