Food was very flavorful, had the option where I got to taste most of their best dishes. The atmosphere accommodates for varying situations (be it date night or catching up with friends). It is not too loud 😉. Individuals doing karaoke could be seen coming out the private booths with fulfillment, would definitely come back to try that out with a bigger group. Service was good, it was a busy evening however we were attended to. Would definitely go back. The food is filling, be careful not to order to many starters as those are quiet filling 😀.
We had an absolute blast. It was my first time here. We also did karaoke and the food and drinks were delicious!!! We were served by the beautiful Katherine-five stars for Katherine!!!!! Thanks you Katherine for making our experience a night to remember!!
Menu has a lot to offer and well suited for group taste and share or individual options. Drinks and service were on par, but the music was just too loud for a food setting, and the choice of music did not help. On the upside the location offers a lot of options for food and entertainment so you can always make a night of it
Saigon Suzy is always a hit. The wings are my absolute favourite! Divine, divine, divine! All the dishes were fantastic. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meals especially the starters.
The drinks are also lovely. Not too sweet, not too spicy. They're made just right.
The service was also good. Our waiter was good. He sometimes took slightly longer to come back but he was marvelous overall.
Great atmosphere. The music and the overall look and feel of the place is 5 star. We sat inside due to the cold but the outdoor area is just as gorgeous.
Bridget was really sweet and friendly and helped us pick such a delicious meal! Definitely coming back! Highly recommend!
Clifford was an amazing waiter. He ensured that my wife and I were comfortable and well looked after. He even went over and beyond to ensure that our phones were charged up, something that he was not meant to do at all but because of his passion and commitment to service delivery he bent over backwards to ensure that we were comfortable. I would highly recommend that anyone who comes to the establishment asks for him by name and I assure you, a good time will had.
The drinks from the bar were also amazing and the potency of the cocktails was well looked into when we asked for them to check. Overall, Saigon was great and the people were amazing, I would highly recommend for people to come here and spend an afternoon with the staff. The music and ambience is very nostalgic and reminds you of times gone by. It is absolutely amazing and I am very happy with them.
I went there to celebrate a birthday and was in one of the karaoke rooms and it was lit. Loved the space, had a lot of fun, and would definitely go back. We didn't have the food, but their drinks were lit. We got hit by loadshedding during our session, but they have backup power sources, so the fun did not stop.
Great food, great atmosphere and good get together with friends for a fun night out.

Only the second time I’ve been there but I’m definitely sold. The atmosphere is good, décor amazing, food delicious but what completely blew me away was the service. Our waitress Ruth was a breath of fresh air, extremely warm & professional but made it feel as if we were long lost friends. I will definitely be coming back on a more regular basis. Absolutely phenomenal.
