The food didn't take long to be prepared and served,, very mouth watering🤤🤤 I must say. Future was our waitress and she gave us the great service as she kept on checking on us if we needed anything... Great customer service. The only disappointing thing was they use the table for 2 for also for 4 sitting people and the table gets full to a point whereby you not feel comfortable and don't know where to place other items like cups and/or glasses and plates.

Man I was sickly on the day and I did not have appetite for nothing much. But I needed to refill my energy levels. There comes the story of coffee vs. slush at M&B. Thanks to Ntando for the wonderful service and patience.

I was happy with my food, but my wife found that her pre-salted chips were too salty and would prefer to add her own, they also had a spice on which she found too sweet.

My Son took me to celebrate Father's Day. The new menu is excellent. We had chicken livers Chipotle, a large orange juice and a regular cappuccino with cream. The service was excellent the food and drinks were superb. I must say the Mugg & Bean by Norwood Mall serves the best cappuccino with cream. You should try it. 😉👍

The team in the kitchen made some Really good food. Wonderful service from the team. Our waiter Talent treated us exceptionally well. The resturant wasn't too busy which meant it was nice to sit and relax.

We have been going here for about 3 years now and EVERY single time we go we get treated with the most welcoming staff, quick and well prepared food and an amazing vibe! This IS THE BEST MUGG AND BEAN IN SOUTH AFRICA! A big well done to all the ground staff and management for creating an amazing environment!

Warm and professional staff (most of whom have been here for many years), drinks and food which are always good (also catering to vegetarians and vegans), and pleasant surroundings, always make coming here a treat.

The service was good. My meal however I felt was very average for the price. I had the corn fritters with bacon and avo, it was underseasoned and the fritters slightly doughy and not very tasty. My guest also remarked that their meal was average and that it's not soemthing they would order again. The milkshake and chai latte was very good✅

Was slightly disappointed at this branch, not all the food options were available from the menu. The service was quite slow, there’s space for improvement. The Greek salad was very average, not many vegetables, was way too much lettuce to make the bowl seem full. Despite the slow service, the staff was still quite friendly !

Not all the options on the menu was available which was disappointing. The food also took a bit long to be served. The waiters were friendly and sang happy birthday while serving ice cream for the birthday boy despite being quite busy

Stopped here for lunch. Love the all-day breakfast option- the salmon eggs Benedict was definitely better than the Big Ben one. Hot chocolates were amazing and salad came as presented. Would return.

We were craving a gourmet hot chocolate and knew that Mugg and Bean would satisfy this craving - Unfortunately that did not happen. The hot chocolate lacked in chocolate and the profiteroles were dry. <br/><br/>Our lunch options were the chicken mac and cheese and the buttermilk chicken burger. My fiancé loved his burger but I found the mac and cheese to be quite bland. <br/><br/>Service was great, our waitress Favourite was efficient and friendly. Mugg and Bean, your new menu looks great but your food is still very average.

Breakfast at Mugg & Bean on Saturday morning. <br/><br/>The service was very good. Our waitress was really sweet.<br/><br/>Please keep in mind we were absolutely starving. The food was quite average. I asked for soft poached eggs and they came more medium to hard and the toast was quite soggy. I didn't send it back but it wasn't the standard or quality I usually get from Mugg & Bean.<br/><br/>Would try again but would be more skeptical about the food.

M&B Clearwater!!! <br/>So hubby and I got an email that Mugg & Bean has a new menu!!<br/>It was during the week we thought oh well lets not wait until weekend because it might be full.<br/>Got to M&B Clearwater it was not full at all.Happy!!!<br/>So we checked the new menu, sounded and looked yummy!!<br/>So we ordered drinks, <br/>- two classic chai tea: mine was not ok I had to bring it back something was missing there!<br/>- wings with beetroot salad: they were ok but the salad was dry beet pieces looking very old aswell( sort of shrinked)with slices of orange which I wouldn't have missed if they were not there.<br/>- chicken cajun wrap: very lacking it was dry I couldnt even finish the first half.<br/>- smoked steak: now this was the worst, it was hard to chew, couldnt cut it with a table knife we got in the 1st place, had to ask for a steak knife which was not offered.The veggies were fine.<br/>We were planning on having a dessert but after that we just thought no ways!!<br/>Still very unhappy one lady started sweeping on the floor next to our table, I had to ask her not to sweep because we were eating "our" food with dust.<br/>Our order took forever, we even asked for the manager and finally the food came.<br/>We wanted the manager to taste the steak but he said he was not allowed and said we should not pay for it. We wouldn't have paid for it anyway because we ate nothing fron it.<br/>We left very unhappy and hungry still!!!<br/>Not sure if we would go back....

Worst service at any mugg and bean I have ever experienced. Waiters stand around and totally ignore patrons. Would definitely avoid this one

I ordered the Pimm's classic cocktail and the Shanghai Beef Wrap... finally had a chance to bite into that gorgeous morsel of food after an hour's wait. The great food kinda made up for the century long delay
