Franchise Standards met. Nandos are falling behind with similar competition with regards to taste and pricing. There prices are too high on certain items a and their flavors too vinegary compared to other Peri Peri chicken. But at least the consistency of what to expect is 90% of the time there

The Eastgate food court is quite crammed and clinical so I've never been a fan of hanging around, usually it's just a quick take away and a dash home. Luckily the Nandos has quite a nice seating area so we used the entertainer app for a quick sit down meal.<br/><br/>We got two quarter chickens with sides. The chicken portion really is quite small... definitely not enough to satisfy a person for dinner. However the flavour was still delicious, you can't really go wrong with Nando's peri peri, and the chicken was cooked well and tender. The wedges were nice and spicy and the spinach was tasty.

We grabbed a quick takeaway after shopping. Just burger and chips for everyone. Service was excellent,from the lady taking our orders to the last person packing our order. Food was fresh and tasty

While nothing really wrong with the experience and the food is what you'd expect from Nando's; once again the portion size has decreased. Previous complaints have lead to managers assuring me that they have changed the supplier and the size of 1/4 chickens will increase but I'm yet to see it. I maintain; Nando's is no longer value for money. Outshone by better quality and lower prices from the competition. <br/><br/>Edit 06/03/2017: <br/>Year another pathetic experience from another hopeless branch. The smallest piece of chicken at crazy prices and a manager that has an "oh well" attitude. <br/><br/>I don't wish to be contacted to rectify the problem, I have decided that I am officially done with the Nando's franchise. Quality and portion size have decreased tremendously while prices have increased. <br/><br/>I can whole heartedly say. Nando's will never see me again.<br/>

I don't usually eat at fast food styled restaurants but sometimes you just feel like something simple.Nandos offers that. What I like most is that there are vegetarian options. Usually I opt for the veggie burger with fries. I love how we can choose our flavoring. The fries have to be the highlight in my eyes. Purely because I love fries! The environment is a little too noisy, but that is expected at a food court. The service is really efficient and staff are friendly :)

By far my favorite Nandos!!! Everytime i have been here they have never messed up my order and the food is always piping hot and fresh! Also nice area to sit down and the staff are always so friendly!
