on a Friday night our waitress Lerato was on the ball, pleasant and friendly and quick. Nicest service and nachos I've ever had here. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Other than the dirty glasses that we had to send back we can not complain. Junior was very friendly and we did not wait too long for our food.
Tin cup is such a great place for a good meal and good service. After our breakfast on Valentines day, we were treated with two cups of ice-cream with chocolate and strawberry sauce for free to celebrate our valentines day☺️🍦💕. Honestly such a great place!!!
What a great place to spend a Sunday afternoon. Live music great food, although the service was slow. That didn’t bother us because we were there to relax and enjoy the music. We had Parmesan chicken with broccoli and pasta and nachos with mince. The food was awesome and hot when it came. It was our first time but definitely won’t be our last. This will be added as one of our favorite places to chill.
Very nice setting! The bar snacks I had was not bad and service reasonable. As a golf driving range it is so so, not really for the hard core golfer that wants to practice on a Saturday or Sunday as the restaurant is filled with kids. In saying that it is very family friendly and even ur dog is allowed to run around. We enjoyed that as their is not a lot of place u can take ur dog ! So a big up for that. Have been there numerous times and will go back.
Tin cup has a great ambience and friendly staff, meals made with fresh ingredients and it's dog friendly! Good place for a Sunday lunch with family.
Excellent for a few drinks with friends and hitting a few balls. Huge burgers and live the baskets. Its our second time here and we love the atmosphere, music, service, wine and food. Definitely a must for all. One of the best sunsets!
For a quick business meeting and breakfast this place is a great deal at R35 for a decent, full brekky. They have capitalized on the outdoor feel that this area has to offer.
Went for early breakfast at The Tin Cup, in Joburg South. It's a driving range that opened quite recently, and offer breakfast and lunch as well. Although there's no real specialties on the menu, it does have quite an extensive menu, with relatively cheap prices. The most expensive breakfast is only R35, and that include a boerewors, bacon, 2 eggs, toast, and Yamato salsa. What stood out the most for me was their gourmet tea. Super fancy, and really refreshing. I had the Bombay Chai. The manager told me they're exploring with various new things, to attract different kinds of people. They now have 4 different bottled craft beers as well. Definitely a place I'd go back to, perhaps lunch this time.
What value for money, was invited by the family to join them on fathers day for a brunch, what a menu breakfast starts @R20 for a light meal full on BIG breakfast @R35. I couldn't decide what to eat 3 crêpes with about 8 fillings on @R60 odd I eventually had a to die for eisbein. Great craft beers, yummmmmmmy milk shakes all this while avid golfers smack a few balls on the driving range 50 mts away. Definitely worth a visit.
We've been here a couple of times. Breakfast is best ever. Now, the coolest concept is the grill menu. Select your cut of meat, and the you have a selection of the most amazing toppings to choose from. I tried the "Legal Alien" topping, and was thoroughly blown away. Really a great twist on the plain old steak.
We've only been here for breakfast. Nice chilled vibe. Best value Breakfast in the South of Joburg. Two eggs, 4 decent rashers of bacon, 4 chipolata sausages, baked beans, salsa, toast and french fries....all for 35 bucks. I'll certainly be back to try out the rest of the menu.
There's a nice, lively atmosphere here and the prices aren't bad. Service can be a bit slow, but the staff are friendly and make it worthwhile if they take a bit longer.
The atmosphere is wonderful. There's live music and if not, they have a great Playlist. The driving range is good entertainment. There's a good selection of food and stuff are friendly. It does get rather loud towards the evening when everyone is drinking and having a good time.
The only negative comment would be the smell of the toilets. It does smell awful and they try best with bleach to cover it up but there's always a stench.
We choose Tin Cup because our doggies are welcome. Great food for dogs too! Seriously brilliant to serve the fur-family as well.

The custom made baskets are great to share with friends for a light meal. Bijoux (my dog) definitely enjoyed her plate of "Muttballs" and the Waiter brought her a bowl of water very shortly after we arrived.

The place is packed so best you book a table in advance. The food is outstanding and they have a huge variety on the menu. Portions are big! You can play Golf or listen to the live entertainment. Staff are really friendly.

This place is one of the best child friendly (and pet friendly) restaurants in Johannesburg. A variety of food options, great service with everyone going above and beyond for the guests, the driving range is great, the facilities for the children are just perfect, kids can play and adults can eat and still watch them from a decent distance...this is our Sunday afternoon go-to place
Very nice atmosphere. There is so much to do from a driving range to bucket some balls. To a delicious menu for every palate. The portions are very well sized. The music or DJ played types of music catering for everyone.
Best Eggs Benedict I have ever had...seriously. Great service, friendly waiter. Water bowl for my fur baby, even a doggie meal off the menus. I will become a regular.
