The place was amazing and the decor along with the view was exquisite, the food has definitely improved a lot more since the last time I had visited. It was an absolutely amazing experience

This was a beautiful venue. What an amazing view from the dining area. I went for a bouquet breakfast which even had oysters. The food wasn't out of the world but the decor, ambience was good. I personally felt the live music in the eating area was too loud.
Didn't eat.... dropped by for a venue check. Engagement party fun. Anyway the hospitality was amazing...drinks on the house and service like none before, we felt right at home. The views are like none other and on a Sunday, a jazz band entertains you. Lovely place I'll be back.
Emoyeni is such a beautiful gem in bustling Johannesburg. Came here for an engagement party and was pleasantly surprised. The decor is modern with certain rooms, like the cigar room, having an old feel to it. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the staff very friendly. The food was good too, we had the buffet, and I must say the duck was divine!
We attended the Sunday brunch into lunch at Emoyeni . There is a smorgasbord of treats to suit every taste . The food is good for a buffet and the wine , live music and view are spectacular . It was a lovely afternoon out
I went to Emoyeni yesterday afternoon for Father's Day lunch. It is truly amazing. Lovely food. The view of Joburg is stunning. The hostess greeted us warmly and she made our visit even more enjoyable. Of course, the live music was the cherry on top - it really tied the whole afternoon together.

Emoyeni meaning in the sky in Zulu is definitely one of Joburg's hidden gems. They have an incredible conference centre that frames thee most spectacular sunsets. The venue has great decor and wonderful intimate seating areas where one can enjoy the finest wines and whiskeys. This place is equipped for lavish experiences if that's what you're into... chat to the owner or waiter for an incredible wine and dine experience.
I recently attended a woman half day conference where we were offered:
• Butternut soup
• Lamb with mushroom risotto
• A spread of desserts
Due to the fact that there were so many of us, the food arrived without being asked how I'd like my meat done. Needless to say the lamb chops were delicious, I wanted to ask for takeaway because I was full but it was so delicious that I just kept eating. The risotto was good but awfully dry, it tasted like it jad been standing for a while and it probably was because I was one of the last people to be served.
The butternut soup was in fact pumpkin soup with a generous amount of cream.
Now, I would recommend High Tea here any day! The desserts were really a treat... i still think of the tiramisu now. I'm actually salivating it was that good. The carrot cake, swiss roll, chocolate treats... okay everything was good that was on display!

Conference and meeting centre with beautiful views. Staff are friendly and food is good. There were intermittent issues with the internet connection early in the morning but these were sorted out later in the day.
Beautiful building, well maintained, attentive coordinators and the food was amazing. Such a classy, unexpected venue for functions - old world charm with tastefully elected modern elements.
