I have had the pleasure of visiting Rim and Rubber several times and have been more than satisfied with the welcoming approach of the staff as, attentative service and quality affordable food. The new location at The Buzz in Fourways brings a new vibrant feel to the neighbourhood and even better a top class establishment like this mere minutes away is superb. Can definitely recommend people give it a bash. Be sure to check out the weekly specials as well as the "Brain Games" which is definitely not your average quiz night. Go on... get down to Rim and Rubber!!!

Some of our bike club members (Free Bikers Allegiance) came to Rim & Rubber for a breakfast run last Sunday. Wonderful atmosphere, excellent service, great background music and - most importantly -good, hot food. :-) Great little shop too. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great morning!

It was our first time at R&R, firstly it's not what we expected. The dj played deep house music, awesome tunes but for wrong place, we expected a band or a rock type of vibe because it's bikes. Secondly we went to bar for drinks and sat down at table, for the whole night there wasn't even one waiter and that came to us, I had to go and fetch my own menu, after seeing what we wanted again no waiter came to us. So service wasn't great at all.

Food is very poor and complete lack of communication between staff members. I was expected to eat and pay for a meal that wasn't as advertised...when I took this up with the chef, she told me they did not have those ingredients but none of the staff comunicated this and then I was still expected to pay full price for the meal.

Great place, my grandson also loved the motorcycles all over the place. The food was good too but we waited a bit long and the place was not so busy. Will definitely go back though.

Food was good as always, well priced good value for money. Service is non existent! I sat for 10 min then eventually walked inside where 3 waitresses just ignored me until I stopped one and asked for a menu, every time I wanted to order (and when u wanted to pay my bill) I had to go find our waitress first, place was only 50% full.

Very disappointed in our visit today, our first drinks, Gin and juice and the So Co berry had no jello, after we sent it back the bar tender who mixed the drinks admitted in not knowing there was no jello and let the drinks slide. We ordered a CBC amber weiss and when the waiter poured it it was obviously off, bitter and over foaming, I then called the manager who replaced it. Most of the beers and drinks we wanted to ordere were not available as well as the food menu on offer had a big selection not available. I severely doubt we will be considering another visit to rim and rubber. Hudsons down the road have a better beer selection as well as sliders.

We were at Rim & Rubber recently and what a disappointment. The food was undercooked, and when we asked for it to be recorded the manager took it away in a surly fashion, only after we had to beg him. The chicken wings were entirely pink inside. The service is slow, the toilets and kitchen area a total mess and the food - even when finally cooked - bland, and totally unappetising. Advise you go anywhere else on Gleneagles Rd.

So disappointed..... Pathetic Service, no ice-cream, no orange juice, platter was quite literally swimming in oil...... Decor and music were the only positives..... We waited over 20 min just for our bill FFS
