I think you'd be hard pressed to find someone in Fourways who isn't a fan of good value Italian fare in a family style restaurant, and that special something, Lanouva has in spades. A loyal and happy patronage keeps a place alive and this restaurant has that too. Whether you're booking for a celebration or just want to enjoy a cup of coffee while you work, the ambience lends itself to both. Generously portioned food is the order of every day here and you will definitely come back for your favourites off the menu. Service is unobtrusive and friendly, come often enough and there will be an almost wordless exchange as all your needs are cared for. And in this time and place of constant changes, its wonderful to know that Lanouva will always be there. I sincerely hope it stays that way.

I watched the 2018 world cup here, so my assessment may be jaundiced by the fact that Croatia lost! On a serious note, this is a happy place with good waiting staff and good turn around time. I found their drinks menu limited, however, for the reasonable prices they charge, I will keep going back.

Ordered a pizza tonight just how I like it! Thin crispy Base with all the toppings of my choice. Prince took my order and it was executed perfectly. Colin delivered to my apartment. What a gentleman. Wow 10 out of 10. Lanouva you guys excell. Well done.

I called and I had bad signal so the call ended. The manager phoned me on his personal phone within 30 seconds. He took our order and the food arrived very soon. The food was amazing and definitely worth the money. Very well sized portions.

The food is always good and so is the service. The owners seem very well involved and service is always quick. My personal favourites are: Alfredo pasta, all of the pizza and the chicken schnitzel. Definitely worth visiting. There are also specials almost everyday of the week.

i liked it very much, food was good and everything even our waiter Eunice was great. one thing that disturbed me was seeing a someone going out of the resturant with a DOG in a place where ppl eat and you should consider making a ramp for people in wheelchairs and rails on the stairs for the elderly. great place thou.

We live 2 minutes away from La Nouva so it always the first option for a takeaway when we don't feel like cooking or to have a sit down dinner. Always thoroughly impressed with the service- staff are very friendly and food never takes long. We have had quite an array of their food- pizzas, pastas, sushi etc and everything has always been absolutely delicious. Their weekday pizza/pasta special for R55 is always a winner!

Addicted to their Pizza. I really enjoy a decent pizza done in a wood burning pizza oven, with a thin crust. Not these ‘American’ style pizzas. La Nouva, never disappoints and best of all they deliver to your home as well. Really great pizza, I just need to be more adventurous and try some of their other menu items. Highly recommended for Pizza. Keep it up guys! Thanks for the awesome quality and great service time and time again.

Fantastic service and very yummy food at great prices. Sushi is freshly made at great prices. Best Pizza & Paste ever for just R 55.00. Try the Pollo Mistro chicken mushroom & avocado it's the best! Best Tasty Steaks to die for and yummy garlic mussels. Best Breakfast at R 29 add sausage and mushrooms to make it better than a trail blazer!

We have ordered food for home delivery twice and been amazed each time. The portions are generous and the food is delicious. We enjoyed the haloumi starter, arugula focaccia bread and the prawn fashion sandwiches. Will definitely recommend this restaurant 👍🏻

It amazes me that this little neighborhood restaurant is always half empty. It's a real little local place, that you can pop into for a quick, relatively inexpensive meal. Been there a few times and never had a bad meal. Recently had the most delicious zucchini fries ever. My husband says his prego was the best. The only thing lacking is the atmosphere and ambience which would improve if it was busier. Try it !

The La Nouva resturant used to have a long menu they have now gone for vibrant look. A couple of new items have been added as well. I tried the sirloin steak with basting sauce it was excellent. A quality piece of meat done to perfection. Will visit again

Food is nice. Nothing spectacular but prepared well. The portions are massive, even the starter nachos and haloumi were massive , enough for two. Service is below average, waiters seem to forget about you. Meals took a while to come out even though the restaurant was quiet. The restrooms were really yucky.

Ordered the Mon-Thur special for lunch and it's definitely the best value for money ever! I had the Beef Pesto. The pasta was flavorful, penne was cooked Al dente (it sounds easy, but not!), beef soft and tender, and the portion is very generous! Staff are friendly too and delivery is for free and quick! Have recommended to all my colleagues. Definitely will go every week!

This place has been around for years, changed names a couple of times but still the same. They have an awesome pizza oven and therefore make the most awesome pizzas. Really delicious! Not badly priced and friendly atmosphere. We will make this a regular pizza place from now on!

This place has literally become my go to joint for tasty take out for my weekday dinners. The food is tasty, the staff is friendly. My only issue is there isn't enough variety on the pasta menu. I really like their wood oven pizza. It has a neighborhood pub feel, offers real value for your buck and good food.

Chicken pregos are amazing!!!! They are spicy and juicy and taste more-ish. Pizzas are just as good especially the Quattro, Regina and Mexicano. Service is friendly, manager knows us by name and gets take away orders ready in no time.

Edit - and they did it again! Burgers are OUTSTANDING!!!! Such great pizzas and pastas!! We often order Takeaway, and the pizzas arrive quickly, with loads of toppings and tons of flavour! My favourite is the La Nouva with extra olives. The chorizo pasta is also to die for! So so good!! One of our favourites!

Usually very good but just ordered the worst pizzas ever. Barely any toppings and the base is still like dough. Should rather have ordered from Debonairs or Romans. Very disappointing..... Not sure if I should even go back after this....

Decided to pop into La Nouva as I saw that they have a special on all medium pizzas from Monday to Thursday! Special is R49 a pizza! What a lovely pizza they serve. I ordered the Quattro and it was full of toppings which was lovely. Thin based pizza made in pizza oven! :) winner winner!

Stopped here on a whim with the family for an early dinner after picking up the kids after school. Whilst a little quiet (it was 3:30pm on a weekday so can't complain) I ordered a halloumi starter which was frankly delicious. The kids had pizza and ribs, and I and my other half had chicken schnitzel, and Hawaiian pizza respectively. Really well made: my schnitzel was well portioned and their creamy cheese sauce was tangy without being overpowering. The waiter had made a mistake with one of the kid's orders early on (ordering rib pizza instead of ribs), but the issue was sorted out speedily, with the manager coming over to apologise and see what else could be done. All-in-all, a great dining experience, looking forward to Round 2.

Went here for dinner with my folks a few weeks ago, manager was sitting and getting drunk with a table of about 6. And a guy threw up at their table about 4 times, on the way to the bathroom twice and messed up the men's bathroom. We were put off our food which is sad because it was good food. But yeah, manager didn't even come over and apologize, and eventually snuck out when we asked to speak with him. Not impressed.

What a great find! Love this new restaurtant, been there for breakfast, lunch and dinner quite a few times already. The managers are brilliant and working hard to turn around what was quite a dingy restaurant before. The pizza's are brilliant, best in Johannesburg and we had a pizza and wine evening there last Tuesday and everyone agreed. I had the al capone - highly recommended but also the La Nouva Pizza with Pesto and Haloumi is delicious! The best though is the Rib eye steak I had this past week for dinner, only R105 exceptional value and comes with veg and your choice of starch :) They also have a good wine list and happy they have henieken on tap Great job so far guys, see you soon!

Shocking. We thought we try the newly taken over restaurant as the previous one was terrible. Alas this is no better. We left after sending back the snails for the second time. Mine had a hair in it and my daughters has a piece of metal! The bread was stale and after trying to get fresh bread it was then frozen. The manager was apologetic but Never going back.
