Ok so I read a few of the posts prior to my visit to fisherman's.
I had absolutely no problem with the staff.infact they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all products they sell.very clean and well displayed goods.
if not for any other reason ,visit them for the Sea bass.its something you just don't find in fisheries
Legendary! After the fishing harbours, this is the next freshest stop. Where things get caught hook line and sinker on a daily basis. I love these small spaces churning out massive volumes at a premium. A gold mine in all respects. Really personalised experience and hands on approach to every aspect of service.
I've bought sushi a few times, and it was always delicious, fresh and well-prepared. Their fish is of high quality and friendly staff to match.

Good place for the fresh fish, oysters, mussels, prawns, lobsters, shrimp, crab and what not. If you are a sea food lover, and wish to have some fresh sea food, this is a must visit place. The staff is friendly and will assist you if you have any questions and queries.

One of the few places in JHB to get quality fresh seafood.
Fresh products, very good service. On holidays go or order early before the fish fridge empties out. Friendly assistants.

there is always fresh produce, i love the fct that they slometimes have fresh mussel and another time they will have fresh squid, it all depends...
