Absolutely beautiful venue. I attended a private function there recently. The place was lovely, the light snacks and finger foods absolutely superb and generous for the number of people they catered for. Plenty of parking available. I definitely recommend it.

This was my 2nd Jewish restaurant experience, and i was very pleased with the environment. It was early in the morning and i could already tell that it's a very busy place. Didn't get to taste their cakes but apparently they're amazing, i could however tell from how they looked. You may have to park slightly further because the area gets busy but it's not a long distance.

It was my birthday the weekend of the 13th July. My son's friend decided to get me a birthday cake cause it was my 80th. Well the cake came and when we opened we saw that all the icing except on the top of the cake had fallen off. Not only that but the whole cake was wet and raw. I am sure she paid a lot and was very embarrassed when we opened the cake. I really don't think that this is acceptable from such a reputable place as yours.<br/>Gertie

What a disgrace. The place was filthy. Understand that there was no water but make a plan or shut down. Service shocking. Food nearly inedible. Toilets disgusting due to no water. Management informed but not interested. A very special birthday occasion ruined.

Great food, service needs a lot of work. We sat outside, there was one waiter for all the tables being overwhelmed. I had to, twice, go inside to ask for items the waiter had forgotten about. Otherwise, love it.

The baked goods here are incredible, everything from the different flavoured cupcakes to their more-ish cheesecake. Their fresh, home made juices are also lovely. However, the service really not the best, and definitely something they could work on improving -it appeared the restaurant was a little short staffed and that drastically affected the waiting time for food.

Just had dinner at Frangelicas. Was delicious. I definitely over ate and the staff were friendly and happy. <br/><br/>It makes for a better meal when the staff are happy and efficient. <br/><br/>Hot vegetable soup, followed by spinach Canaloni (3 helpings ) and ended off with Malva pudding and hot chocolate. Yup I'm going to explode. But well with it. 😃<br/><br/>I'm often there for breakfast or having meetings over coffee and reasonably priced pastries. <br/><br/>Highly recommended.

The pizzas are yummy, the ambiance has a great vibe and the desert are scrumptious. Always friendly and welcoming, if you want a place to chill at I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Don't expect a fast food meal as you get home cooked food at a pace your would expect from home cooking. My favorite place to pop into when I am in the Glenhazel area - as I live in Cape Town.

Franjelicas is one of my favourite restuarant. Â They do not skimp on serving sizes. The salads are always fresh and delicious. Â Their soups especially my favourite minestrone is full of fresh cut up vegetables. Â We have often bought a tub of soup to take home and warm up for dinner.<br/>Of course their is no denying that there cheesecake is the best in town. Â <br/>I would definitely recommend Franjelicas.

The most sublime cheesecake in town!! Really, nothing compares. It's a hub of activity especially in the mornings and around the time school finishes in the afternoons. There's a steady trade in takeaway Freezo's. But if you stay for a sit-down meal be aware that the service is really slow.
