We ordered a feta, avo and Macon pizza yesterday along with the 4-burger special. The pizza was so great and the burgers were a decent size. The amount of chips with each burger was really variable though. I tried to use the app and have to food delivered. However, it was really clitchy and the specials on the pamphlet were not available on the app.
Probably the best halaal joint in joburg.
All pizza is good. Steaks are good. Gnocchi is good. Chicken schnitzel is good. The trinchado is really good. The leftover trinchado is also good cold, as a late night snack when looking in the fridge.
Their menu has everything from burgers, grills, Italian and seafood.
Even though they have a large menu, they seem to do everything well. The pizza is baked in a wood-fired oven which is a bonus.
Service was fast - we waited only 15 minutes for the food.

Loved the mediterranean salad. If you looking for something healthy and light then this dish is a good selection from the menu.

Ended up here on New Years day as most places in Joburg were closed. Was pleasantly surprise as I hardly ever go the this Mall. The service was average , but understandable . We had the garlic foccassia for starters , followed by the spinach and feta canelloni and the gamberi pasta . Both dishes were really tasty and thoroughly satisfying. Would say its one of the better Italian frachises for sure.

Always excited to try out halaal establishment, so movie night became pizza and burger night at del forno. I tried the nacho burger and mexican pizza. Portions were good but flavours can improve.

Today I was invited to try out pizza Del Forno.
Firstly kudos on the amazing decor. The decor is warm and inviting ensuring that you forget about the hustle of the city around.
I was greeted by a staff member with a warm welcome and shown our tables immediately which I loved, usually at restaurants you wait for someone to notice you before you get seated.
We ordered the pizza Regina and it did not fail, the crust was perfectly crispy and the infusion of flavors were mouth weathering.
With out even having to ask we were told as we were handed the menus the daily special, which stood out for me ensuring I remember that they pride themselves in the quality of good service to accompany good food.
So if you in the mood for flavorful pizza with a tranquil ambiance I suggest you try pizza del forno Killarney.

So i decided to get Pizza Del Forno for lunch yesterday but i didnt get to order pizza however their Burger and Chips!!!!
This is an ultimate Fav! the portion size is amazing and great and i eat a lot so i was definitely not complaining. The price is very reasonable as it cost me R50 (the day before it was R44 as per my knowledge) but for what you get i would definitely pay for it again. The chips are your shoe string chips with that delicious chips spice.
The service was cool, the takeaway did not take long to arrive.
But definitely their food is absolutely delicious!!!!
Ive been wanting to try Pizza Del Fourno for awhile. We arrived in a group of 10 tonight and were shown to a table almost immediately. The seating is so comfortable and the decor and lighting is lovely aswell. We ordered the Steak Supreme Pizza, a Pepperoni one, a few pastas and burgers and a steak for my hubby. All absolutely delicious. To drink i tried the blue lemonade and a some ice tea. Our waitress was full of smiles and very helpful from start to finish. Made dining here such a pleasure. I would definitely drop by again to taste more on the menu and have another steak, which stood out for me.
Had a pizza and it was good but not as good as some of its competitors but was good nonetheless. Service was good too, the place was clean and tidy. Overall had a good meal.
Craving for a good pizza you can't go wrong. The manager was very attentive to my query regarding my order. Very accommodating and friendly staff with exceptionally fast service. I will definitely be back for more of this good thing.
Never sat inside, only get takeaways. Pizzas always made with fresh ingredients and a great thin base. tasty, on point, and delivery is usually very good . Very reccomended
I frequent cafe del forno, Killarney due to the consistently excellent food and service, and the welcoming and comfortable ambiance. I have had a range of dishes at this establishment and none have disappointed, so my suggestion is try everything :-) If i had to choose, the pastas come out tops.
Ordered a pick up from here this weekend and I was quite impressed. The menu is quite clear and the food is decent in portions and quality. Prices are great! I would recommend their pizzas anytime.
Just ate here for the second time, awesome place... Da Vinci pizza was in a different league. Good service too... Pizza was served in a matter of minutes....
Not really my first option for pizza, but a close substitute.
Generally I find that with most pizzas you need to add extra sauce, without it i find the pizza very dry. I also find that their pizza is a little thick for a clay oven

Pizza del forno in killarney is simply amazing. The decor is stunning and the freshest ingredients are always used. We had the del forno pizza with steak peppers and pepperdews which was lovely. The base was extra crispy just like an authentic Italian pizza in the heart of Italy. The lemonade was beautifully presented and the waiter was friendly too making the experience even better. A must for a pizza lover like me #yum #ilovepizza
This is definitely one of my favourite pizza places. I like the style of the restaurant, the downstairs section has a very intimate feel. I find the staff friendly and approachable.
I love their pizza's and really love the fact that they offer banana as a topping. Very few places to that. I also enjoyed their salmon rolls, they were light and tasty. We come here often and will most certainly continue to do so!
Their pizzas have an understated decadence about them. There's nothing generic or "fast food" tasting about this traditionally take out item. Definitely the restaurant of choice when you don't feel too keen on cooking, but still want the taste of real, fresh ingredients.
While I'm sure Del Forno serves other great food, I choose them for their delicious pizzas. My personal favorite is the Siciliana (olives, capers and anchovies). They also deliver and can bring a card machine to make paying easy (just ask for it when you order). I've never been disappointed with their pizzas and will continue to return
Very friendly staff. The pizzas were quite good with crispy thin bases. The toppings were all fresh and very tasty. Prices aren't that bad as well. Ambiance is nice and quiet.

Thursday night couch night consists of Brie and Cranberry pizza - delivered piping hot - within 10 minutes of ordering for a whole R95.00 for the large and I eat it all ( because I can ) !! Totally YUM 🍕🍕
Two words. Nacho pizza. Best commercial pizza ever, good service, quiet environment perfect for a little lunch break between university pracs.

Great staff, extensive breakfast menu. Fantastic thin omelette which I much prefer to the normal frothy, puffy ones that most places serve. Absolutely loved the gorgeous decor - the sand-filled bottles are absolutely inspired!! The teapots and glass teacups are just gorgeous! Also an advantage that this restaurant is Halaal - catering to the large market In the area.
I love a crispy, thin based pizza which Pizza Del Forno does to perfection.
I often visit over lunch working on my laptop and can have a pizza and a cooldrink for under R100.
I am unsure if they deliver to surrounding areas.
The staff is friendly and helpful but it is the thin crust I return for.

Let me say this was my first time at this place as a customer. Firstly didn't know they have macon👌🏻that was a definite seller for me. The breakfast combo is also affordable. Thank you to the friendly waiter I met on the escalators...when I asked for directions to Wimpy he kindly did so and processed to tell me about their special. It was an instant change of mind. I however do not understand why the bread slice looks half. Is it supposed to be like this?

This place is great. Delicious food and refreshingly different. Friendly staff. One of the best halal joints in all of Gauteng. We like that they have a baby chair, trust me this is important. Extensive menu, everything we tried was yummy.
The food was great , I ordered a steak which was lovely (portion a bit small but delicious) . The service was great, the chef kept checking on us and even served me the steak himself which was awesome 👌

Edit: I came back here on the 22nd of September with a few friends for the date night special and the food was absolutely amazing. This is now my new favorite restaurant. Unfortunately the restaurant (including the whole mall) does not serve alcoholic beverages.

The foods good... Thin base pizzas are lovely. Seating was comfortable and Service was good too. Kids eat free on Sundays. The Choc Hazelnut Dalgona Coffee was way too sweet...
