From Entrance to the Restaurant Reception all was great, and welcoming. Waiting staff i think needs to add a little bit of Humour. Food was great and worth coming back for. Ambiance I liked it. Definitely will be coming or booking for dinner or lunch. Your Cappuccino is the best i asked for another one...

Very fine environment, classic and classy but a bit on the outdated side. The food was wonderfully presented and the service was nice. Dessert was average which was disappointing since they have a separate dessert menu - I’d set my hopes really high for my favorite course. It’s a beautiful place but it could use some excitement to set itself apart. Overall a lovely meal and a quiet setting.

So we went for our anniversary, and it was well worth it. The presentation and portion size is aptly what you call "fine dining " experience. The dishes have a balanced flavor. They also were able to accommodate kids menu when requested for. The waiters and staff are well trained and pleasant to interact with. Lastly, their cocktails are worth trying, not sugary or diluted

Delicious breakfast which includes a buffet style harvest course with a good selection of hot, sweat or healthy mains. The coffee is petty good, and the bearish also includes a Mimosa of you are that easy inclined. The staff were very friendly if slightly thinly spread. All in all a great new years day breakfast.

The service is the best I've experienced by far! Thabisile, Kabelo & Jeffrey showed genuine friendliness whilst being highly professional. For starters I had the buratta and it's the best starter I've had. The pallete cleanser tasted delicious. For mains I had the duck breast which tasted good but the flavour was a bit underwhelming. The portions don't look generous but they're actually very filling! My appetite was fully satisfied. We appreciated the celebration plate we received for our anniversary and the rose petals on our table. The decor has a beautiful vintage theme which goes well with the classical & Jazz music. The Doormen at the hotel entrance are lovely people. Very friendly & professional. Level Four is highly recommended!

Took my 88 year old Mom & some of her friends for High Tea. Food was plentiful, fresh and delicious. The staff - from the parking guard to the reception to the waitrons - were marvellous! The “old girls” were treated like Queens and we all had a fantastic afternoon Thank you!

Really enjoyed our time there. The service was great, we chose to sit outside. Nice vibes, wasn't in love with the dessert though but aside from that everything else was 👌

I've never had a meal here, only drinks on the two occasions that I've visited. Really great service. Cocktails have always been great. The rooftop is quite lovely. I'd definitely recommend popping in for a drink.

Afternoon Tea at Level Four restaurant in 54 on Bath hotel did not disappoint. From the time we entered the hotel we were genuinely greeted and escorted to Afternoon Tea seating area in a tucked away corner of the lobby. Our hostesses were very knowledgeable about the different teas available to us and the bite size snacks -- all of which were excellent. Service was exceptional with attentiveness to detail and presentation. For what was served, the price was very very reasonable. Tip: You may have to email the hotel to make reservations. Thanks to Meryl this process was smooth.

Fantastic food, the tasting menu was presented in a fresh and interesting way with every dish being unique and delicious. Staff went out of their way to ensure that every guest had an exceptional dining experience. Their restaurant has a rooftop terrace with a beautiful garden outside giving it a great vibe. I would definitely recommend going.

LEVEL FOUR The 54 on Bath hotel has an awesome restaurant on its 4th floor called Level Four Restaurant and Champagne Bar and its a definite treat! She had: The crab bisque, with prawn and fish, this was a nice start-I say nice as it was just that, a very monotone tasting dish. My main was the seafood linguini, extremely tasty filled with prawns,fish,mussels, and clams in a spicy light tomorrow base. Dessert was absolutely a treat. The Creme Brûlée was perfection. He had: the Beef tartar for starters and the rib eye for mains with the white chocolate ganache for dessert. The tartar was new for me as it was cooked. I thought it was supposed to be raw? Anyhoo, it was quite good, even with the caramelized popcorn bits on it. I opted for the green peppercorn sauce with the rib eye, which was done medium. And it was soooo good. The steak was amazing. The white chocolate ganache was amazing. Not too sweet but just oh so heavenly. Setting: Somewhat of a fine dining feel, it has ample space, and on a clear day, the garden is a great setting for a luncheon or high tea. Call in advance to book a table! I had a truly delightful experience here. For a Sunday afternoon High Tea, I got to try several delicious and expertly prepared teas and snacks, both sweet and savoury. They catered for my vegetarian diet without prior notice. I particularly enjoyed the pineapple preserve and scones with cream - so light and fluffy and moist. The Turkish Delight macarons were also wonderful. The dark cherry meringue was amazing. Even the palate cleanser (raspberry posset with a "Bourbon" vanilla foam) was a sensual experience. The staff members were all lovely. Jeffrey, who served out table, was charismatic, attentive and professional, putting all of us at ease. The atmosphere was relaxed and classy, with the environment as posh as you would expect from a hotel in Rosebank, without being pretentious. I highly recommend Level Four for a date, special occasion, or even just a culinary excursion.

The quality of food served here is so on point. The food is fresh, healthy options, the variety in menu is amazing particularly if you are around for more than 3 days. For hotel food, these guys so far meet the gold standard. It's not boring. Suggestion is try everything they have on offer. Including the conference food!

Went for Xmas dinner and got greeted to a completely drink on arrival. There is a lovely garden outside for chilled drinks. There was a set menu for the day, which was tasty. Food presentation was good, and so was the service.

Great place they don't cater for vegans but I Called in and there were able to make an exception I really appreciate it. Great place. Amazing food and some nice tea would really love to go back and maybe sleep in next time to have breakfast, lunch and dinner
