Review Bingo Royale - Jeffreys Bay

Handy little coffe shop/restaurant. Situated a in a nice quiet corner. Prices are reasonable and food was great. There is indoor and outdoor seating. It also offers pensioners discounts, which appear to be very popular.

First time here. Saw it by accident when I went to the Mall. Great place with a wide variety of machines, that pays out quite well. Also like the variety on their menu and quite inexpensive.

Ordered food at the machines. Excellent. Definitely do it again. Lost a bit.. but a lovely atmosphere

Beautiful and good service. Discount on breakfast for pensioners up till 12 o'clock.

Firstly let's say this. It is fun, yet people always complain they loose and never win. It is a game of chance you win some and you loose some. I have had some good days and some not so good days. But still had a lot of fun. Food is always great, if it is busy you will have to wait a bit but generally service is good. Friendly and helpful staff. 👌 Well done.

I won the January hamper,which included a meal for 2 !!!! How amazing was the service and the food, we did not even wait 20min for our food. Thank you to the lady in charge, as well as the waitresses. You were awesome. I will again visit you regularly. Now its for the free Money or the Box game on this Saturday!!! Can't wait!! Thank you again for the wonderful prize!!!

Sometimes the food is of good taste and sometimes you pay for a 800 gram spare ribbs the get 300 gram this week they take your order serve all the meals but have run out off lettece so one persone does not get a meal

Ek is regtig nie iemand wat kla nie maar genoeg is genoeg. Ek bestel n rooster broodjie met koffie. Wag n uur en n half. Koffie klaar gedrink. Wag vir my broodjie. Uit eindelik kom my broodjie. So is dit ys koud. Is dit hoe mens moet bedien word. Jy bestel iets dan is daar nie in voor raad nie. Wat nou. Swak

I Lost my phone and didn't realize it until i got home. I went back to find it and only took a minute for the security staff to give it back to me. Thanks a lot Bingo. now if i can only hit the jack pot.

Booked a table on Thursday. Also booked 2 portions of lasagna as they often sell out. When we arrived with our out of town guests no tables was available and no one knew about our booking. All the tables inside was moved together for a group. Was seated outside in the cold wind. When ordering, no lasagna was available. Can not understand why you previously asked us to preferably book our tables and our meals on special nights. The manager blames the morning shift but do admit that the bookings gets written down. So clearly procedures doesn't get followed. Manager took all my details as someone will contact me. But as expected nothing came from it.

It was n nice experience,just xpand a but on da type of games available,the Cafe was AWESOME!Great food n friendly staff.

Clean, pleasant environment. Plenty of security and you feel safe and comfortable at all times. Fresh, tasty food at reasonable prices. Drinks affordable too. Only criticism might be that the service can be slow when ordering meals.

Was there for lunch today, not too busy & one order missed. Everybody makes mistakes, but we did not even get an apology - pathetic!

Ham on my Cheese & Tomato sandwich (I do not eat meat) and bread soggy on the inside. Very bad attitude from the waitress (Tasha), turned her back on me while I was still speaking to her and no apology.. The previous time we had very salty fish and the time before that I had spaghetti with mammas sauce with an unbelievable amount of oil, probably at least 100ml when I tipped the bowl to let the oil go to one side, sent it back and got the same spaghetti back with some of the oil drained out. Many more things to mention, we are (were) regular customers, but this was the last straw, sadly...
