Review Bugattis - Hout Bay

It's got a pretty laid back vibe. Customer service was great - our waitress was super attentive. The cocktails are pretty well priced, and I really, really enjoyed the pizza. Flip. The pizza. I'll say it again: I really, really enjoyed the pizza.

Located in the heart of Hout bay, this restaurant offers great pizzas, if you a lover of 80's and 90's music you will enjoy their selection. Staff is friendly but dont expect fine dining service. They do offer pizza of the month deals

I always enjoy a dinner at Bugattis! The food (Pasta, Pizza or Burger) is always very delicious and also their cocktails are nice! I never had a bad experience there. A high recommendation when in Hout Bay!

Nice place to go for drinks. They have nice happy hour(s) specials. The food is worth the visit but nothing great. Their calzone called the G-spot (or something like that) is delicious as a pizza as well :)

Top of the top! Copious and delicious pizzas. Outstanding pizza with grilled shrimps on top. Not to be missed. We’ll definitely come back. I should also mention the kindness of the personnel. Decor and furniture upgrade is advisable, only reason why I put 4 stars instead of 5.

Absolutely love Bugattis. The best pizza I've had in Cape Town so far. Also have an amazing Happy Hour Special everyday from 5-7pm. Oh yes. And they also have some of the best house made chilli that I've ever had in my life. For vegetarians I would recommend the Greek Mafia Pizza, an absolutely delectable combination of flavors that is executed at the highest level. They cater to all dietary needs, Vegetarian, Vegan or otherwise. Amazing staff, exceptional service and an all round wonderful place to go on a date. The homeless might harass you but the staff will go above and beyond to make your visit as pleasant as possible.

Great pizza! Very friendly staff, pity for the 1 waitress who was more often than not walking around without her mask on, did make us a little nervous. Luckily our waiter was very responsible and could be seen sanitizing everything before bringing it to the table.

Awesome pizza!! Bugattis is our local favourite. The staff are so friendly and the food is top notch. If you like chicken livers, it's one of the best value for money meals if you need a quick top up and it's soooo delicious! Support local!!

Bugatti's is a wonderful place. Honestly. I had their pizza here today and I was blown away. Great value for money. The service was top-notch (granted the place was empty). The wine is not too expensive as well. <br/>I love wood-fires pizzas and Bugatti's have the method down to a tee. It seems as if everyone in the area comes and orders pizzas from them. The owner and manager are friendly and everyone just seems to be smiling here. Must be the great pizza! <br/><br/>I would definitely come back. <br/>They have vegan options too now on their new menu.

We stopped here to grab something to eat while driving through Houtbay. We were skeptical at first due to some bad reviews on Zomato. We were pleasantly surprised! The ambiance was relaxed, the service humble and the pizzas were fantastic. I had the Pesto Chicken Pizza and my wife had a Hawaiian with salami added.

Avoid if you are not a smoker, as is restaurant has smoking inside with nowhere to escape it.<br/>We had to change our order to a take away to get away.<br/>Pasta was under cooked and chalky. Tomato based sauces straight from a can with a raw taste and no depth of flavour.

Undoubtedly best pizza and pasta in Cape Town. Great flavours and very reasonable prices which allows for a family to comfortably eat at this restaurant constantly

Very disappointing, always used to have the Bugattis burger when I lived in Hout Bay last year, got back recently took a friend for burgers , quality, really down, disappointing...

Claims 1kg pizza but delivers 350g pizza with a 2cm gap with no topping at the edge. Very disappointed. Slow delivery with no door delivery.

I just had a wonderful experience ordering from Bugatti's. Incredible pizzas, great service and an overall top customer experience. Bugatti's will now be my staple pizza place of choice and it should be yours too.<br/>

What a lively restaurant. I mean right on the main road you can see and hear everything ! Service took a while as no one actually realised we were there but once the service came it was great. Chris is a superstar with his recommendations, the friendliness and the checking up every so now and then. Waiters could get some tips from him. The food is delicious. My steak was made to perfection, exactly as I asked. The pasta sauces are also to die for. Was sceptical at first but very very happy with the choice. Even received shots on the house :)

Great pizzas and they make their own chilli sauce that just makes their pizzas even greater. I had a vegetarian option and it was just perfect. They have a fire place to for the cold weather. If I was a Hout Bay resident I would definitely become a regular.

My family and I ordered takeaways from Bugatti's last night (18/11/2015). It was one of the worst meals we have ever had. <br/>The arrabiata and bolognese pastas were oily and flavourless. The Thai chicken curry was described as 'disgusting', incredibly salty and oily. <br/>On top of that, our order was mixed up: the wrong kind of pasta was given for both the arrabiata and bolognese and bacon was left off of my brother's garlic bread.<br/>We will never be back.

We found this gem of a place on one of our Sunday fundays. The sign for R30 breakfast caught our eye and we thought it would be a good snack, never thought it would be this much and that delicious. The service is abit weird with the waitress not really showing any emotions but the food made up for it. Also for an Italian restaurant their coffee sucks. I asked for an Americano and got filter coffee. <br/>Can't wait to come and try the pizza as it looked and smelled delicious.

Amazing pizza. I decided to make my own with: bacon, basil, fresh tomato and chilli. <br/>Best pizza I have had in a long time and I am a self proclaimed foodie who loves pizza!! Very unpretentious place and the owners are lovely too.

Had supper there on the 30th May 2015. People were very friendly and very helpful with info on their meals. <br/>Service was good and prompt. Very nice atmosphere.

Just ordered a seafood pasta delivery, dinner for one, delivery service excellent, quick and friendly. Pasta just what the doctor ordered, seafood melts in your mouth

I visited Bugatti's on Sunday (01 Feb 2015) with 3 friends.<br/><br/>We sat there for 20 minutes without anybody attending to us, when we were finally seen by the waiter we were told that somebody will attend to us soon, how long is soon? Why not now?<br/><br/>We finally got up and went inside to ask to be served drinks..<br/>After sitting there for another 15 minutes without being asked out order, we went inside again and gave our order to another waiter who processed it for us and told our waiter that it had been done.<br/><br/>5 minutes later, our waiter arrives at our table and asks us if we would like to order, all we could say was "wow".<br/><br/>When another table arrived for lunch, the waiter asked them if they would like some service, another table next to ours burst out laughing as "this service" was disgusting and doesnt happen.<br/><br/>We finally managed to leave, 3 hours after arriving.<br/><br/>All in all, the food is great but the waiters are a joke and are ruining the restaurant. Out with the old and in with the new.
